This 4 bed/2.5 bath home provides everything you need!

The recently refreshed Seaflower Cove is centered around the open-concept main living area. The whole group can convene and relax in the giant living room, kitchen, and glass-enclosed dining area on the main level. The living room includes a fireplace to stay cozy on cool evenings while a half bath and an enclosed office with a daybed are just off the kitchen.

* Relax with the sights and sounds of the Pacific *
Spectacular views of the Pacific Ocean, Robinson Reef, and abundant sea life abound from nearly every spot. Climb a flight of stairs to access a large roof deck and soak up the coastal sun or stargaze on clear nights. Take a rest on the walk-out deck directly outside the living room or the al-fresco dining patio off the kitchen.

* Seconds to town and fantastic beaches *
Mere moments from downtown Gualala provides access to two grocery stores, multiple restaurants, and a Saturday farmers market. Within a 5 minute drive access numerous beaches, from pocket beaches to Gualala point. Kayak on the Gualala River from the launch point just south of town. Visit the Point Arena lighthouse, wineries, the Sea Ranch, and more within 30 minutes of the house.

* A spacious layout for all your needs *
The house has 4 full bedrooms on separate floors. Above the main living area and adjacent to the roof deck find a loft-like private bedroom with panoramic coastal views. The lower level includes two bedrooms and two bathrooms, including the primary with en suite bath and whirlpool tub overlooking the Pacific. Both bedrooms feature private balconies with views. The laundry facilities are also located on the lower floor. At ground level below the main bedrooms is a large bunk room with two queen beds and two fold-down twin beds.

* Bring the kids and make it a family escape! *
We love families and have beach towels, kids dishes, a pack n' play, and toys and games for you to enjoy. The bunkroom on the lower floor includes a ping-pong table, games, and a TV, to keep the everyone busy.

Please note we have a strict three car limit.

* Damage Deposit Waiver *
We know sometimes accidents happen. Rest easy knowing your stay is covered by a property damage waiver from Waivo at no extra charge that covers up to $3,000 for damage to real or personal property as a result of guest actions or omissions. Although rare, accidental guest damage does happen, and instead of using a security deposit, we have included this property damage waiver in the cost of your stay. If something happens, let us know, and the damage will be covered automatically by Waivo.
