The location is a little out of the way - going to the nearest mall requires ride-hailing but luckily rides in Guangzhou are quite cheap. The room was clean, well-designed and generous in space and quiet, and I slept very well there.

Located in the nice area of Huangzhou and close to airport (30mins by tax cost 100yuan). Hotel restaurant offers breakfast buffet every morning and seafood buffet on Saturdays. The room is spacious and clean. Price pretty decent with friend stuffs. Totally recommended!

The staff were polite and the place was quiet. The only 2 issues I encountered was the language barrier , they all mostly don’t speak English and very limited food menu.

It is located in a quiet area. A bit of a distance from the city, but that was not a show stopper. The concierge can always get a taxi to where you would like to go. The breakfast was good. Enough variety of western food, especially for choosy stomachs like mine. Special mentions, Gerry and Mimi at the concierge. Those 2 went above and beyond, especially with negotiating taxi fares and even giving us recommendations of where to go shop. Those 2, as well as the rest of the crew we interacted with, made our stay very memorable. Something to note although not related to Holiday inn, be cautious with the taxis. Always get your fare set before you get in the taxis. Some drivers are dodgy and will try to milk you dry. And do a gps comparison on your phone if you can to make sure you are not being driven in circles.

Over all the experience was fine but we got a few problems Like the WiFi connection it's the worst connection I ever seen...I understand that not all applications is working in China but even with the working apps the connection is not stable and so slow The shower the hot water could disappear all of a sudden while you taking your shower and you find out just cold water on you Either than this everything is fine , good breakfast and very friendly stuff
