the hotel refused my reservation when I arrived

the hotel refused my paid reservation when I arrived saying they didn't have a room and didn't received my reservation. Poor communication!

客房沒有那種一次性的拖鞋預設，記得要詢問前台。至於房間地板很髒，很多灰塵，房的一邊設有沙發，沙發下的地毯上有很多鞋印。但值得一讚的是前台的態度很好，真的很好。
