Correspondeu às nossas necessidades no período.

Exatamente como publicado. Os funcionários do prédio foram prestativos e simpáticos. O imóvel fica próximo a quase tudo que precisamos. Posto de Gasolina, drogarias, mercados, restaurantes, lanchonetes, praia, pontos turísticos, etc. A Lucie (proprietária) foi muito atenciosa. Gostamos.

Pontos Positivos: - Apartamento amplo e aconchegante. - O Apartamento é completo. - Anfitrião atencioso. - Próximo de do Carrefour, McDonald’s, Burger King... Pontos Intermediários: - 700m da praia (para quem tem criança, o ideal é ir de carro); - Pequeno cheiro de mofo/madeira (mas o cheiro é suportável). Pontos que pode ser melhorado para uma melhor estadia: - Acho importante constar no anúncio que não é possível estacionar na vaga disposta no apartamento para quem tem caminhonete (pois há colunas do prédio nas laterais do veículo, e há vaga de estacionamento de outras pessoas na frente e atrás da vaga oferecida, o que impossibilita a manobra de saída). Apesar desse problema que tive, o pessoal da portaria é muito compreensivo e conseguiu me remanejar para outras vagas, digo outras vagas porque tive esse transtorno de procurar a portaria e mudar de vaga por 3 vezes.
