Worst experience ever. First the property was closed and we had to call many times to open the door. Receptionist had no customer service at all. We decided were not going to stay bc of horrible ambience and she wanted to keep a copy of my passport, she refused to return it to me. When she finally accepted, and kicked us out of property. Do not recommend this.
