I was charged for staining a towel, which I didn't even stain. I couldn't even argue the charge as they didn't want to believe me. Kind of brutal as I paid almost $1000 for my stay. Very bad to do that to customer. Take pics to proof your stuff otherwise they'll make bogus charges

Since we arrived we were pleased with the area it is located. Plenty of restaurants to choose from. We also liked the lobby and the service of the staff was great. Our room was beautiful and very spacious! Definitely coming back over and over.
