Electricity Deposit Policy (for stays of 7 nights or more)
* 7 to 14 nights: $200 USD refundable electricity deposit
* 15 to 30 nights: $400 USD refundable electricity deposit
* Over 30 nights: Deposit calculated proportionally.
📏 The electricity meter is read at check-in and check-out, and any unused amount will be fully refunded.
