The only reason why I give it terrible Views. Is basically because the housekeeping service sucked!!! The one girl that was doing our housekeeping service. Only change the trash and our towels that is it. The TV didn’t work! The iron was broken! The mini refrigerator was broken! Keep in mind that I was there for a whole week. And by the second night, they had to change my room. The only thing that I can say was very nice about this hotel was the lobby, casino area, and the restaurants.., I wish I can share all the pictures that I took of how disappointed I was!!! I try speaking to the staff and the one girl every time that I came down just had a nasty attitude. (The morning girl with black black hair.) the evening staff were great.

I’ve stayed many times at this hotel and never experienced what I experienced this time. No wash clothes, kept asking for them every day. Bathrooms were not cleaned. One day one bed was made and the one right next to it was not even touched. Balls of hair on floor, I am bald. It was one of my worst experiences ever in all my travels.
