First, this property is not even close to what is advertised. The pictures although accurate must be from 15 years ago when the place was new. After being let in off the street where I honestly believe a chop shop was going on across the road. The staff was extremely friendly no complaints as far as the people go. Once we were taking up to the room, my wife refused to put her feet on the floor as it was filthy. The shower looked dirty. The toilet seat was not even attached to the toilet. The view was of the chop shop. They had no food as the restaurant was closed. We ended up not staying the night here because my wife was not comfortable with it and changed hotels. She asked for a refund and was told it was not company policy. That would be understandable if the advertisement was accurate to begin with. It was not a lot for the stay so I did not argue and just paid the extra for the other hotel. If you are on a serious budget and need a cheaper place to stay, the staff here is very friendly and will help you out.
