Great getaway hotel for Valberg

For price and quality,Le Chastellan really met our hopes for a comfortable weekend break in Valberg and was just what we needed. Excellent for a 2 star hotel. Clean and comfortable with efficient and very friendly staff. Well located near to the center for all ameneties and nice and peaceful. Ideal for a break or a base for exploring the area in the summer.

Pitstop on a drivers journey.

Friendly staff, clean rooms with comfortable beds, and simple good food. During the summer season the place is quiet, and suitable as a place to rest before continuing your journey. Exceptional roads will get you here.

Basic, but ok

The room is very simple with only a double bed which is not really suitable for two people to have a decent night's sleep. Bathroom was small but fine. Breakfast was ok. Sound-proofing between rooms and stairwell very poor so you can hear every aspect of your neighbour's snoring, talking, ablutions and so on. Overall, an unremarkable hotel.

Abgewohnt, Preis. u. Leistung passt nicht.

Die Fassade des Hotels ist hübsch. Parkplätze sind vor der Tür vorhanden. Die Zimmer sind allerdings sehr klein und sehr abgewohnt. Die Ausstattung wirkt wie aus den 60er und 70er Jahren. Das Preis u. Leistungsverhältnis steht in keinem Verhältnis. Überall Warnhinweise über Strafgebühren für alles Mögliche. Wirklich recht unsympathisch. Zugute halten muss man dem Hotel aber, das das Zimmer sauber ist. Empfehlen kann ich es aber nicht. Man kann durchaus mal eine Nacht dort bleiben, aber länger muss nicht sein. (Sommer 2025)
