You have the National Park on your doorstep, with glorious scenery accessed by a network of walking and cycling trails, plus the heritage coastline is only 6 miles away. You are in the perfect position to discover the finest natural beauty spots in North Yorkshire.

The house itself is in a peaceful residential area, with a nearby play park for young children. You are just on the edge of Guisborough Forest which has walking and cycle trails, as well as children’s play areas and a visitor centre with a café.

This is an ideal destination for lovers of the great outdoors. For a scenic walk, Roseberry Topping is the highest viewpoint on the moors and it is near to Captain Cook’s Monument so you can extend the hike if you wish. Or why not take time to visit the many beautiful towns, villages and bays along the nearby coastline? Starting at Saltburn, then Staithes, Runswick Bay, Sandsend, Whitby, Robin Hood’s Bay and beyond, the Cleveland Way walking trail along the cliff tops connects them all. All ideal for a day out taking in the sights whilst soaking up the history and culture.
