Rent a 22 m² semi-detached chalet, ideal for 4 people, located in Gujan-Mestras, just 5 minutes from Arcachon and the Dune du Pilat. It includes a bedroom, a living room, an equipped kitchenette, and a bathroom with a shower and WC for a comfortable stay. The chalet includes:
A bedroom with 2 single beds or a large bed.
A living room with a sofa, television, and a fan.
A kitchenette with a microwave, refrigerator, and basic cooking equipment.
A bathroom with a shower and WC.
High-speed Wi-Fi connection (suitable for video calls).
Books and toys for children.
Sheets and towels are not provided, and travelers must leave the property in the condition they found it. Additional fees may be charged by the owner if this rule is not followed.
Only swimming trunks are allowed at the pool.
The property has many spaces to enjoy the outdoors and outdoor activities:
A private garden with garden furniture.
An open terrace and a covered terrace for relaxation.
A barbecue area for your outdoor meals.

Events: The hosting of events is not allowed.
Sustainability: This property has guidelines for sorting waste properly and is equipped with energy-efficient lighting. Additional information is provided on-site.
Deposit: Please provide a deposit check (not cashed). The owner reserves the right to cash it in case of non-cleaning, damaged bikes, failure to comply with animal rules, or observed damages.
