Newly decorated, the bright and beachy feel will help you settle nicely into your vacation. This beautiful 2 bedroom condo sleeps 6 comfortably, with queen beds in each room, a cozy living room with a leather queen sofa sleeper, and one full bathroom, this property is perfect for small groups or families. Enjoy amenities such as a Heated Pool, Washer/Dryer, AC/Heating, WiFi, high end linens, Smart TVs, hairdryer and iron during your stay. Fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher, microwave, coffee maker, blender as well as cooking houswares needed for preparing meals or planning a beach picnic to watch the magnificent sunsets.

Located in a peaceful, relaxed low density area, no waiting for elevators, literaly steps to the sand and beach. The location offers the best of both worlds, beachfront and conveniently across from a delightful ice cream shop, a well-stocked convenience store, and great local restaurant, you won't have to go far for those beach supplies, a yummy treat or a great dinner after being at the beach.

Near Gulf Shores Place, the main public beach space that is home to The Hangout Music Festival (1.5 miles from the condo), Shrimp Festival (Oct 9-12) and NCAA Beach Volleyball Championship.
You'll never run out of activities to keep you busy; Visit the Wharf and ride the 2nd tallest Ferris Wheel in the Southeast, Tropic Falls Waterpark for the kids, fishing off the Gulf State Park Pier or charter a fishing boat. Bike the trails, take a dolphin cruise, shopping, golf or relax and play on the beach.

Experience the magic of walks on the beach, listening to gentle waves, collecting shells and swimming in the warm ocean water. After a day at the beach relax in our heated pool or watch the magnificent ocean views from our community deck (this is Available to all guests on a first come first serve basis, look for the blue chairs facing the ocean). There are 4 balcony’s in the complex and unfortunately we do not have a balcony. Water activities including jet skiing, boating, surfing and fishing. Condo is on the second floor, no elevator onsite, stairs only. We are new owners and are excited to share our condo with you, come and enjoy some Vitamin SEA at Sunrise Village Unit 116.

Free parking for 2 vehicles back to back located below the condo, spaces are narrow lifted trucks or oversized vehicles will not fit under the space. Vans that have roof racks or taller vehicles with roof racks will need to have racks removed to fit in parking spaces. Height restriction for parking under the building is 83". Please no boats, trailers or RVs (no exceptions).

What you should bring: Guests should bring their own beach towels. We offer beach chairs, and toys. Guests receive a starter pack of laundry and dishwashing detergent. Shampoo, conditioner and body wash provided,

This is a no smoking, no vaping facility. No smoking allowed on the balconies or at the complex. *Smoking is only allowed in the designated area near the dumpsters at the at Sunrise Village.

Due to local laws or HOA requirements, guests must be at least 25 years of age to book. Guests under 25 must be accompanied by a parent or guardian for the duration of the reservation.

Cancellation Policy: Guests who cancel at least 30 days before check-in shall receive a 100% refund of the amount they have paid. For cancellations between 14 and 30 days before check-in, 50% of the total reservation costs shall be refunded. For cancellations made less than 14 days prior to the date of the reservation. NO REFUNDS will be issued. Refunds shall not be issued for late arrivals, early departures or inclement weather conditions including hurricanes and named storms. We do offer optional travel insurance whick we highly encourage all guests to purchase.
