Tämä DREAM Beach House sijaitsee Dunes-yhteisössä Fort Morgan Alabamassa, ja se sijaitsee suoraan eturivillä smaragdinlahdellemme. Tässä talossa on myös hissi, jolla on pääsy talon kaikille tasoille.
Kun kävelet asunnolle, vie portaat tai hissi ensimmäiselle tasolle. Tältä tasolta löydät täysin varustetun keittiön, jossa on runsaasti ruokavarastoja, kaksi astianpesukonetta, kaksi jääkaappia ja mikroaaltouuni. Ruokapöydässä on pöytä, johon mahtuu 14 henkilöä, itse keittiössä on 8 paikkaa istuakseen aamiaisbaareissa.
Ruokailutilan vieressä on mukava, häikäisevä olohuone, jossa on iso, mukava sohva ja valtava taulutelevisio.
Kaikilla ensimmäisen tason asumispinnoilla on viehättävä näkymä valkoiselle hiekkarannalle!
Pääsy ensimmäisen tason parvekkeelle on haitar-ovi, joka muuttaa takaseinän avoimeksi tilaksi ja antaa sinulle mahdollisuuden nauttia täydellisestä rantakokemuksesta tulevan tuulen mukana! Parvekkeella on enemmän istuimia ja oma uima-allas vesiputouksella.
Ensimmäisellä tasolla on myös pesukone ja kuivausrumpu, kylpyhuone suihkutelalla ja tilava makuuhuone, jossa on queen-vuode.

Seuraavalle tasolle nousee 4 makuuhuonetta, joissa kaikissa on oma kylpyhuone, iso taulutelevisio ja oma ainutlaatuinen teema.
Ensimmäisessä huoneessa on sarja queen-kerrossänkyä ja sarja erillistä kerrossänkyä, kylpyhuoneessa on kaksinkertainen turhamaisuus suihkulla.
Toisessa huoneessa on king-vuode ja kylpyhuone kylpyammeella ja yksi turhamaisuus.
Kolmannessa huoneessa on oma parveke, jossa on hauska teepee hangoutiin. Huoneessa on myös king-size-vuode ja kylpyhuoneessa on valtava suihku kehon sumutinlaitteilla!
Neljännessä huoneessa on queen-vuode, josta on upea näköala rannalle, ja kylpyhuoneessa on suihkuhuone, jossa on yksi turhamaisuus.

Ylös portaiden ylemmälle tasolle löydät Master Suite. Tässä huoneessa on upeat näkymät, kahvila, iso TV, king-size-vuode, iso 75 tuuman televisio ja oma parveke. Siinä on kaikki mitä tarvitset!

Päällikön vastapäätä on seitsemäs ja viimeinen makuuhuone, jossa on parisänky, Big Screen TV ja oma kylpyhuone, jossa on ainutlaatuinen kaareva suihku.


Sinun on oltava 25-vuotias vuokrataksesi tämän kiinteistön. Sinä ja perheesi rakastat pitkiä kävelyretkiä kauniilla hiekkarannoilla. Voit uida delfiinien kanssa tai etsiä simpukankuoria rauhallista rantaviivaa pitkin, jota kehitys ei koske. Beautiful property…perfect location

Beautiful property, perfect location! Dolphins swam by every day, some days as many as 15-20 came by. Being near the wildlife refuge made for some fun beach walks. The home is as described, but I was a bit surprised at the size of the pool. I knew it was smallish,but don’t bother bringing floats…no room for that. It was perfect, however, for sitting on the bench in the pool and watching the surf while enjoying a cool drink. Beds were comfortable according to everyone who was there. The two dishwashers made for an easy clean up after meals. We did have a few issues on arrival. I guess previous guests didn’t report, or maybe they are who caused the issues, but when reported to Sunset Properties, they had a maintenance man out the same day. They are an easy company to work with, and I would recommend looking for one of their properties for your vacation. We would definitely stay here again!

THE PROPERTY WAS EVERYTHING THAT WAS ADVERTISED MY FAMILY HAD ENOUGH ROOM FOR ALL OF US TO HAVE OUR OWN SPACE. BEACH ACCESS WAS WONDERFUL FOR THE KIDS. OVERALL I GIVE THIS PROPERTY A HUGE "10".

Disapointing stay at Dream House

My group of friends and spouse all in our seventies had planned a very rare reunion of us all. We had grown up in the same neighborhood, and this would be the first time we had spent more than a couple of hours together since our teen years. On October 4,2019 rented the Dream House for Apri 24, 2020 through April 28,2020. Unfortunately Covid 19 had struck and we were forced to reschedule for October 23, 2020 through October 27, 2020. Again unfortunately, Hurricane Sandy then came and caused us to reschedule again for October 1, 2021 through October 5, 2021. We finally were able to all meet at our rental on 10/01/2021 except for losing four of our members due to illness. Upon arrival checking in was easy and all went well. The house was beautiful and the view was excellent. After getting settled we began to notice discrepancies in the care and cleaning of the house. Light fixtures were extremely dirty and fogged. Cookware (pots and pans) were caked with burned on grease residue and food and were unusable until scrubbed. The barbeque pit, again, was unusable until degreased and scrubbed inside and out before use. The forth floor observation deck had a light fixture which was inoperable and hanging loose with exposed wires. The dinning table set which was beautiful had several of the chairs that the legs were so loose on them that you were afraid to sit in them for fear they would collapse. The third floor beach side east bath shower had mold growing on the ceiling. Many things were broken or inoperable, such as the kitchen cabinet pulls broken, loose or missing. Of the two dishwashers only one was operable, the second one would have yo be restarted to finish a cycle. Dish washer trim molding falling off. Last but not least we has to spray all of the sleeping rooms for an infestation of roaches and palmetto bugs. We also were unaware of having to supply all toilet paper, paper towels, cleaning supplies such as, dish washing detergent, and trash bags. Given all of the issues, we had waited for this time together for almost two years and did not want to dwell on the discrepancies and spoil our time together. We just tried to overlook all of this and deal with it. Again the house is beautiful!!! It just needs to have much needed repairs, upgrades and deep cleaning and insect extermination. Private beach with lots of room

We rented this house for a 3 generation family reunion. It is in a great location with a private beach, but we found there were lots of maintenance issues that need to be addressed. One dishwasher didn't work, one burner on the stove didn't work, the ice makers in both refrigerators did not work, there were no blinds on one bedroom window, and there was no place to store clothing or items in the bathrooms. Property managers did try to fix the dishwasher but couldn't, and did respond quickly when a pipe began flooding under the kitchen sink, but these other issues should be attended to. The kitchen was very well stocked with utensils to feed a crowd. With the grocery store 1/2 hour away, we did most of the cooking in the house. We had a wonderful time enjoying the beautiful beach and the pool. A lovely and relaxing week.

Looking for quiet & secluded? This is it.

Very large, well-designed, modern house in a small beach community near the very end of Ft. Morgan community. Perfect for a large family or group wanting to "get away from it all" but not convenient to ANY shopping (groceries or supplies) or restaurants. Main living area is on 2nd floor with all but 1 bedroom on the 3rd and 4th floor. It can be a chore going up and down the stairs, which unfortunately are dark wood flooring making the steps difficult to see at times (we had two falls over the week with people "missing" the last step). We went to the local Walmart and got a "baby gate" for the main floor. There is an elevator but we were not able to figure out the trick to using it until literally the last day we were there! The bedrooms were comfortable and ample size. One bathroom was under construction and unavailable. Some of the others had modern body spray shower systems that took some experimenting to figure out how to work. The kitchen and family room were the showcase of the house. Two large-capacity refrigerators and two top-notch dishwashers. Small sink with no garbage disposal. Gas oven and cooktop with grill. LARGE family dining table and very comfortable TV/sitting room. The porch and pool were small but adequate. Literally steps away from the beach, which is not crowded due to location. The downside is that this property is about a 20-30 min drive to groceries/supplies you might need so planning is important. There is an "OK" seafood restaurant less than a mile away but it is busy, does not take reservations and can be a LONG wait for average seafood. Clearly, this house is very well designed with a lot of very modern features and is perfect for a group that wants to "get away from it all." It would be more guest friendly if the tech features (elevator, showers, pool lights and waterfall, etc) came with instructions for use.

Dream House was truly a dream.

My mother who is 88 yrs old wanted to see the ocean again. So we rented this house based on the fact that it had an elevator and was directly on the beach. We have rented a lot of beach houses and condos but this house far exceeded our expectations. It was beautifully decorated. There was not one kitchen item that we needed that was not there already. The bedrooms and bathrooms were beautiful and comfortable. There was eight of us but this house could easily accommodate more. We ended up having two empty bedrooms because some of our family could not go at the last minute. We were not expecting to have any beach chairs, etc, but they were there for our use. We had a problem with the kitchen faucet. I called for maintenance. The lady I spoke with was very nice and helpful and said she would get someone to come check it out. The maintenance man came pretty quick and took care of the problem. He was very friendly and helpful. The only downside to the location is that we had to drive about 20 miles to the grocery and restaurants. However we were only a mile or two from Fort Morgan and the ferry that went to Dolphin Island. We went to the fort and took the ferry over to Dolphin Island and enjoyed that very much. The beach was not crowded because we were at the end of the beach. There are only two houses after this house, then a nature preserve and Fort Morgan. We loved the house and recommend it highly.
