This coastal retreat offers all the comforts of home and more! The spacious living room, adorned with beautiful coastal decor, is equipped with a Smart TV with local channels for your entertainment needs. Step outside onto your private patio, conveniently located just off the living room, to savor your favorite beverage as you witness a delightful sunset.

The dining area provides comfortable accommodations for six guests, four at the dining table and additional seating at the bar. The well-appointed kitchen is equipped with everything you need to prepare and enjoy delicious home-cooked meals, and the dishwasher and disposal make cleanup a breeze. A washer and dryer are located in the laundry closet for your convenience.

The main bedroom indulges you with a luxurious queen-size bed, complete with a private bath featuring a shower/tub combo. The guest bedroom also provides a comfortable queen-sized bed with a private en-suite bathroom. A cozy new sleeper sofa provides additional sleeping accommodations in the living room.

High-speed internet is provided throughout, ensuring connectivity during your stay. Colony Club at Drakes Landing has a strict NO PETS POLICY.

Parking Passes are required and must be purchased at the Club House located at the Hwy 59 Entrance for $25 each (limit 2). This pass will be for your entire stay, not daily.

CLEAN BED GUARANTEE
All Linens are Washed and Bleached Every Time for the Highest Sanitation Requirements. Gold Star washes our High-Quality Linens before every new Guest's arrival. We mean every bath towel, washcloth, makeup cloth, sheet, blanket, pillowcase, and dish towel EVERY TIME. Gold Star uses the very best commercial washing machines and dryers. All linens are washed in high-heat commercial washers with select detergents and bleach for complete and thorough sanitation. Gold Star has specialized confinement procedures for keeping soiled linens separate from all other linens to ensure there is no cross-contamination.

IMPORTANT: In an effort to continue to offer our guests the lowest rate possible while providing linens of the highest quality, we respectfully request that our guests refrain from any activity that would damage or destroy our linens, including but not limited to rips, tears, and permanent stains. Should you or your guests damage linens during your stay, the guest responsible for the rental agreement will be charged for replacing them at the then current retail price.

PROFESSIONAL CLEANING
All of our guests deserve the highest standard of professionally cleaned Units by professional cleaners. This has been one of Gold Stars' highest priorities and foundations of our company since entering the industry. Spotlessness equals protection and we are doing everything possible to ensure that your family has the cleanest accommodations possible. Our full-time professional cleaning staff utilizes approved chemicals to clean and disinfect before new guests arrive. We do not use Cleaning Companies to clean our properties, our cleaners work for Gold Star, and we assign each staff member to the same property stay after stay. You can be certain that our properties are thoroughly disinfected. We launder all linens in high-heat commercial washers and dryers to kill germs and follow specialized processes. Finally, after each clean is completed, our professional inspectors follow our cleaning crew to ensure that every condo or beach house is clean and qualifies for Gold Star White Glove Treatment.

MONTHLY RENTALS
This property allows long-term Snowbird rental rates between November 1st through the end of February.
