Location of the condo was perfect, but the interior was dated and furniture was stained and dirty. However, the flooring, bathroom, and bedding were clean. The first night our toilet clogged, but we were able to fix that on our own with the plunger. Also, the kitchen had supplies for cooking but there was nothing provided for coffee/tea like you may find in other hotels. Overall, stay was good.

We spent a total of 6 hours in this hotel only because we arrived at midnight and had nowhere else to go. Bathroom had mold and mildew , ceiling fan with inch thick dust that precipitated an asthma attack. We paid for two nights. Orbitz , the hotel manager, and the management company all refused to refund anything despite us contacting them immediately and providing pictures of the hazardous conditions we were placed in.

The condo was nice and well equipped. The furniture was kinda dingy. There was sand everywhere. Perfect for anyone who likes to be in the middle of the night entertainment. Probably not suitable for families, more of a party scene.
