Come enjoy the beach at this popular West Beach location in Gulf Shores! Updated, spacious duplex unit with 3 bedrooms and 2 full baths. Easy walk to the beach with public beach access boardwalk approximately 1,000 ft away! Newly paved pedestrian walking/bicycle path on West Lagoon Ave where property is located. Close proximity to everything Gulf Shores has to offer - 10 minutes away from popular restaurants, shopping, mini golf, etc.

The first floor has a spacious kitchen, dining, living room area, and bathroom. There is one bedroom with a queen bed and a second bedroom with a queen bed and a bunk bed (twin over full sized). The second level has a king bed and a private ensuite bathroom. The washer and dryer are on the ground level. There is plenty of parking for up to 3 vehicles - parking pass not required. Enjoy views of the lagoon from the front deck.

*Bed linens & bath towels provided - please bring your own beach towels.
*Kitchen appliances (toaster, coffee maker, pot & pans, etc.) and basic supplies such as plates, silverware, cups, etc. provided.
*Charcoal grill (one per unit).
*Wi-Fi and Smart tv's (no satellite or cable).
* A “supply starter pack” including one laundry soap, one dishwasher tab, small dishwashing liquid, 1 kitchen trash bag, starter roll of toilet paper per bathroom, 1 roll paper towels, and mini bath soaps. Guest should plan to bring extras depending on length of stay.

This place was great. The only things I can stay could improve are:- the water pressure in the showers is terrible- the water does not get very hot- if you have more than 2 people make sure you bring extra TP.If I ever come back to this area I would definitely stay here again.

clean, it would've been nice to have more than 1 roll of tissue paper per bathroom, especially when you have it listed as sleeping a larger number of people, 2 rolls of tissue paper really isn't feasible, laundry is outside downstairs not really convenient, but overall nice place to stay.

Location was perfect. Arrived parked, and didn’t have to drive again. Everything we needed was within walking distance. The house was comfortable, clean, and welcoming. We would definitely stay here again, perhaps renting both sides of the house and having a larger group.

This was a perfect location! Easy walk to beach, a restaurant and market! Kitchen wise it had what was needed for our stay. It does need a few extra bath linens. Laundry is not in the unit and unsure where it was but didn’t really need it. Overall would stay again!

Clean! A little dated but that’s ok. Not enough bowls for storing food. Could use a larger pot as well. Biggest issue was the AC couldn’t keep up. so the upstairs portion is warm. Would stay again based on the cleanliness alone.

Excellent spot for a family getaway.

This was an awesome spot to bring the kids. Once at the house there is hardly any reason to get back into the vehicle. Everything you need is within a nice walk or quick bike ride around the corner!

Loved this beach house!

We decided last minute to book an extra night in Gulf Shores when I came across this gem! It fit all of us perfectly. The property was clean and cozy. We loved being close to the ocean and also being able to walk down to the lagoon.

Easy vacation

We had 3 adults (1 senior), 14, 12, and 11 year olds. It was plenty of space for us as well as super close to the beach. It was a 5 minute walk, if that. We just loaded our wagon and walked. Covered parking was fantastic as it rained. The house was equipped with pretty much everything. Smaller skillets could be an issue. We always bring a bigger skillet with us so that was fine. The laundryroom was a big plus for us! The master is a loft type space so not much privacy but not a big deal for us. It is close to restaurants, stores, and activities. There were a ton of jellyfish while we were there so we went to the waterpark, movies, zoo, and night time kayaking as well as the beach. We would gladly visit Gulf Shores and this house again!
