The fully equipped kitchen boasts stainless steel appliances, granite countertops, and a built-in wine cooler for added convenience. You'll find two guest bedrooms adjacent to the kitchen with queen beds, along with a full-sized laundry room. On the top level of the home, you'll find the master suite with a king bed. The master bedroom features a private balcony offering panoramic views of the Gulf of Mexico and Little Lagoon, and a spacious ensuite with a tiled shower, garden tub, double vanity, and his and her walk-in closets. There are 3 more bedrooms on the top floor and 2 full bathrooms. Bedroom 2 sleeps 4 in 2 twin bunk beds and has a shared Jack-N-Jill bathroom with Bedroom 3. Bedroom 3 sleeps 2 in a queen bed. Bedroom 4 has a twin bed and Twin bunk and a private bathroom with a tub/shower combo.
Enjoy the views to the east of the home with over 53 undeveloped acres of property protected by the Laguna Cove NRDA Restoration Project. Step outside to enjoy the warm Alabama sunshine on a total of 1200 sq ft. wrap-around porches or take a refreshing dip in its temperature-controlled gunite pool.(additional fees apply for pool heating). Laguna Key offers guests 24/7 private security. This gated community is the last residential space on West Beach Blvd, surrounded by the tranquil 7,000-acre Bon Secour National Wildlife Refuge yet located only a short 7 miles from the center of Gulf Shores.

Sunrise Pointe at Laguna Key, guests will enjoy easy beach access via a private boardwalk with seating and a covered pavilion. From here, guests can relax in the most secluded area of West Beach, away from the crowds and noise with nothing but the sound of the waves!
In the center of the neighborhood, a huge community pool offers a refreshing way to spend an afternoon. With a fountain, plenty of chairs for lounging or having lunch, and restrooms, the pool area offers everything needed for a wonderful swim! Laguna Key also offers tennis courts and a two-story observation deck from which to enjoy the view!

We love people of all ages, and we want everyone to enjoy our homes.  However, we do require that an adult 25 years or older reserve the home and be present at the home during your entire stay. We do not rent to anyone under the age of 25.  We have no exception to this policy.
