Welcome to Gulf Shores Plantation 1269 in the Resort Conference Center, a family-friendly complex with an array of exceptional amenities. If you're in search of the perfect family getaway, you've come to the right place. This property offers some of the best amenities you can find anywhere.

Inside this cozy condo, you'll discover a well-appointed efficiency unit that comfortably accommodates up to 4 guests. The condo features one bathroom and provides a clean and comfortable space for a small family or couples seeking a relaxing getaway.

One of the major highlights of this fantastic property is its convenient proximity to the beach. A short walk will take you to the beautiful shores of the Gulf. But that's not all – Gulf Shores Plantation offers a wealth of entertainment options on-site. You can take a dip in one of the many refreshing pools or relax in a hot tub. Sports enthusiasts will appreciate the basketball and tennis courts, among other amenities. Golfers will love the fact that the famous Kiva Dunes Golf Course and its pro shop are right next door. And when you're ready for some delicious dining, be sure to visit Sassy Bass, a restaurant located on the south side of the complex near the beach.

Additional Information:
Parking passes must be purchased via a link sent two days before your arrival to secure parking.
Linens are provided, but please remember to bring your own beach towels.
The reservation includes a "starter set" of hand soap, one roll of toilet tissue per bathroom, one trash bag per trash can, and one roll of paper towels.
Policies:
Guests must be at least 25 years of age or older to rent.
Photo ID is required at check-in.
Smoking is not permitted in the unit.
No pets are allowed.

Nice for Couples

Reasonably priced efficiency right by one of the resorts many pools. Nice balcony, decent linens and ice maker. No W/D in unit it's in another building. Mattress is uncomfortable and should be upgraded. Reasonable walk to the beach via boardwalk. Close to elevator on the 2nd floor.

This was basically a very small room with a bed in the main area. It is advertised as one bedroom, however it is a studio style with the bed in the Living room/ kitchen area. The bed was uncomfortable and very noisy. The floors were dirty and sandy when we walked in and it had a stale smell to the whole space. The overall cleanliness was lacking as there was visible dirt on the walls and other places. Would not recommend and would not stay here again.

A wonderful stay

We stayed for the holiday July 4th weekend and it was an amazing time. We enjoyed the cute little place and really liked the outdoor pool and hot tub.

Great for a quick getaway!

This condo was small, more like a studio apartment, but plenty of room for the two of us. We stayed for four nights and we had plenty of room and the condo had everything we needed. It was also very clean. The condo is on the second floor but the stairs and elevator were close to the condo. The condo overlooks the pool and parking area. You can’t see/hear the ocean from the balcony. The condo is at the very back of the parking area so you do have to walk through the parking lot/ pool area/ boardwalk to get to the beach. it was nice that the resort had indoor pool and tennis courts. It also had the Sassy Bass Island Grill, which had excellent food! I would stay here again. Management was quick to respond through VRBO app messaging.
