Residence on "Ocean View" jokaisesta ikkunasta ja suuri kannelle näkymät MS Golf ja rannat. Rakennettu viime vuosina ja edelleen kuin uusi. Omistaja hoitaa huolellisesti omaisuutta. Sijainti on keskeinen kaikelle rannikolle tarjottavaksi. Vieraat varmasti nauttivat ikimuistoisesta lomasta tässä täysin kalustetussa 4 makuuhuoneen / 2 kylpyhuonetta kaupunkiasunto. Makuuhuone # 1 on sisustettu kaksi queen-size-vuodetta, taulu-tv, ja master kylpy poreallas suihkussa suuri roman amme. Lisäksi olemme lisänneet yhden XL aikuisen pituisen kahden hengen vuodesohvan yksityisessä nurkkahuoneessa, jossa on oma ovi, jotta se on oma makuuhuone # 2, joka sijaitsee aivan makuuhuoneen vieressä. Makuuhuone # 3 on kaksi täysikokoista vuodetta, tv ja myös oma pääsy kylpyhuoneeseen. Makuuhuone # 4 on queen-size-vuode, taulu-tv ja oma sisäänkäynti toiseen kylpyhuoneeseen. Olohuoneen sohva muuntaa sohva nukkujalle täysikokoinen patja, joka tekee yhteensä 7 aikuisten pituus vuodepaikkaa. Meidän kaupunkiasunto tarjoaa nukkumispaikkoja 13 hengelle.

Olohuoneessa on yksi vuodesohva ja yksi rakkausistuin, taulu-tv kaapelilla ja internetyhteydellä, ja avautuu ruokailuhuoneeseen ja keittiö- ja baarialueelle. Keittiö on täydellinen ruokailu, sillä se on varustettu kaikilla ruostumattomilla laitteilla, kuten jääkaappi, jääpalakone, mikroaaltouuni, hävitys, liesi, ruokakomero, graniittiset työtasot ja baarijakot. Keittiössä on täysin varustettu kaikki astiat, lasitavarat, kattilat, pannut, astiat, kahvinkeitin ja leivänpaahdin.

Ulkona oleskelutilassa on suuri 14 "laaja kannella varustettu pöytä ja tuolit. Deck on upea merinäköala ja palvelee käyttö molemmissa istuu kannen yläpuolella ja katettu kannen alla löhöilyä & BBQ grillaus varjossa.

Ensisijainen pysäköintipaikka on katettu, ja runsaasti ylimääräistä pysäköintipaikkaa on saatavilla takana pysäköintialueella 30 metrin päässä asunnosta, joten sen helppo lyhyen kävelymatkan päässä etuovelta. Sijaitsee lähellä rantaa, paikallisia ostoskeskuksia, kasinoita, yöelämää, kalaravintoloita, kalastusretkiä, perheen hauskoja alueita. Vieraat voivat nauttia iltapäivällä rantaa, kasino-hauskaa, rentoutua ja katsella auringonlaskua parvekkeelta pois olohuoneesta.

Great location and I would book this again for future vacations. The only thing I had a problem with is the timeliness of the checkin email. The entry key was not in the location where it was supposed to be, but the host quickly rectified that situation. They did allow us to have an early checkin though. Again.. Bravo to this place.

What a trip!

Our family (11 of us) went on a cruise out of New Orleans and wanted to stay at the beach for a few days to extend the fun! We booked this beach house for the stay! Check in was super easy! Our host was so easy to talk! Felt like I was talking to an old friend. Gave us lots of tips on things to do with the kids and where to shop and eat! The WiFi was great and easy to log in to! I would definitely stay here again and we are currently talking about when a good time to come back is! Thank you for the stay! It was amazing!

Excellent service and very clean

The owner called the night of check in to make sure we were okay and to ensure we had check in instructions. When entering the home it was fresh and clean, everything was just as it was listed online! The entire process was easy! The location was very nice, close to food, military base, right across the street from the beach, casinos near by, arcade and games, aquarium, museums and so much more. I was so pleased! Vrbo had a internet - so my check-in didn’t pop up, however I call the owners and got excellent service. They were there in a few minutes. It was the most relaxing mini vacation we’ve had in a while. Wished my AC at homework that well

Nice weekend getaway

This place was as described. Perfect location for us. The only reason for 4 stars instead of 5 was the bedspreads & the couch needed to be cleaned. Everything else was clean. This place was everything we needed for 4 adults that wanted our own space. The host was quick to respond when I had a question & check in & out was easy. We will definitely be going back for our next weekend trip.

Quiet, relaxing and absolutely fantastic!

Everything from booking to check in and check out was simple and convenient. Nice, clean property conveniently located near the beach and attractions. We will definitely repeat this stay next trip to Biloxi area. One of the best family vacations we have had because there was zero stress with all the comfort of home one block from the beach.

Great for our family trip

My husband and I let our 13 year old and 17 year old bring a friend on this trip and my mother came along as well. With 7 people, 4 being teenagers, it is hard to find a place that is affordable and accommodates a group like this and this place was perfect. Each set of teens got their own bedroom, my mother stayed in the small room off of one of them, and my husband and I stayed in the room with one queen bed (the only room down stairs). This gave everyone their own space. It was a short walk to the beach and in a nice area where we felt comfortable letting kids walk down on their own. The property was clean and property manage was very kind and checked on us to make sure everything was how we expected. My only "complaint" is that the city was doing something with the water lines so it was a little smelly from that, but that is on the city not the property owner.

The location was perfect for us. The beach is right across the street as well as a restaurant right on the corner. Everything was clean and ready for us. The host was quick to respond to any questions and very thoughtful. He went above and beyond to make our stay a great one. We will definitely be booking from him again.

Good Service; Odd Layout

The service was good relative to cleanliness, check in/out, etc. The layout was not what we expected. There is one bedroom on the first floor with a double bed and a bathroom that connects to both it and the family room. Upstairs is two bedrooms (2 double beds in each) that share one bathroom. The fourth bedroom really isn't a bedroom. It is a closet with a twin bed off of one of the bedrooms. That means that nine of the sleeping spots share a bathroom. We made it work, but wanted others to be aware of the layout.
