In a hamlet on the edge of Gy, a "Town of Character" in the Franche-Comté region, nestled between woods and a pond on an 8-hectare property, you can settle into a recently renovated, single-story, 110 m² stone house.

This former cheesemaker's workshop and residence offers a warm, vintage-style decor with modern amenities, highlighting my grandmother's old dairy and its industrial past.

Nestled in its charming, light-filled, verdant setting, the dairy will captivate you as it has all those who have had the pleasure of staying here!

It comprises a spacious open-plan living area with a dining room, lounge, and fully equipped kitchen (55 m²). There are three bedrooms: two with double beds (140 cm) and one with two single beds (90 cm) that can be joined together. A bathroom with an extra-large shower and a separate toilet are also provided. Wi-Fi is included, and beds are made upon arrival.

This former dairy, built atop cheese-aging cellars, also offers two terraces: one on the old quayside, below, facing century-old plane trees, and another with a pergola adjoining the accommodation, facing east and overlooking the park and pond. Private parking is available. Ping-pong, foosball, and swings.
