Haleakala Mökki on rakas studiomökki, joka sijaitsee trooppisen puutarhan nurkassa, jossa on porealtaat näkymät Mt. Haleakala - pitkä nukkuva tulivuori. Olemme täysin lisensoitu ja laillisesti sallittu B & B, mikä tarkoittaa, että varaus on aina turvallinen kanssamme (Lupa # BBPH 2009/0015, TAT / GE # W40445368-01). Mökissä on ylellinen Kalifornian kuningasänky, täysin varustettu keittiö, jossa on 5-polttimainen kaasuliesi, edessä ja takana lanais, jossa on oma poreallas, lämmin ja kylmä ulkosuihku, hiiligrilli (tuo oma hiili), pyyhkeenlämmitin pitää sinun isot, pörröiset pyyhkeet pörröinen ja kuiva, jaettu vieraiden pesula ja 44 jalka vapaamuotoinen allas. Wifi on saatavilla, kuten on TV ja DVD-soitin, mutta ei TV-palvelu tai kaapeli voit todella päästä eroon kaikesta.

Huay Point Lookout sijaitsee Mauin koskemattomalla pohjoisrannalla ja sijaitsee ihanteellisella paikalla Haiku, Hana, Makawao, Kula, Mt Haleakala, bambu metsiä, vesiputouksia ja upeita koskemattomia rantoja (Ho'okipa, Baldwin, Kanaha, Mamma & Baby Beaches - tulkaa surf, windsurf ja kitesurf!).

Meillä on neljä yksityistä mökkiä meidän omaisuutemme kanssa jaettu uima-allas, mutta se ei koskaan tuntuu tungosta. Jokaisessa mökissä on oma poreallas. Mökkimme ympäröivät kaksi orgaanista hedelmätarhaa, jotka tarjoavat tuoreita sitruunoita, limeja, mandariineja, papaija, avokadoja, makadamia pähkinöitä, banaaneja, tähtihävittäjiä, guavaaleja, kookospähkinöitä, soursopia ja passionfruitia. Löydät upean korin tuoreimmista hedelmistä, jotka odottavat sinua saapuessasi ja mahdollisesti jopa tuoretta leikattua kookosjäähdytystä jääkaapassasi! Tartu kookospähkinää ja pään ulos lanai - anna huolta vain sula pois! Tämä on "todellinen Havaiji" .....

Huelo Point Lookout sijaitsee noin 45 minuutin päässä Kahuluin lentokentältä. Olemme 15-20 minuutin päässä ostosmahdollisuuksista ja ravintoloista. Haluat ehkä pysähtyä Mana Foodsissa Paiaan matkalla ja tarttua olennaiseen lomallesi - Mana on loistava orgaaninen valintoja, ja he ovat olleet paikallinen suosikki 30 vuoden ajan!

The perfect oasis

This property was so breathtakingly beautiful and secluded. My husband and I stayed here together and the privacy of the cottage allowed for such a romantic get away. The hosts were so amazing and so kind they truly made us feel so welcomed and special. We really hope to come stay at this incredible place again in the future.

A little slice of paradise!

This beautiful cottage is hidden away from all the noise. If you’re looking for peace and the sounds of nature, this is it. This cottage is located off Hana Highway, a perfect place to stay if you’re going to do the drive, you’ll want to back track two miles to hit the Twin Falls. The directions to find the cottage are very clear, and you get to take a beautiful scenic drive down a local neighborhood in Hana. We received a beautiful Hawaiian welcome, with flowers and candles decorating the inside. We couldn’t have had a better welcome. There were amazing snacks and goodies provided to us, including bread, wine, delicious coffee, fruit, and chocolate. It’s also easy to wake up early with the sun, the chickens help with that, and they are great little compost machines so if you have any leftover food or takeout, they have you covered. They also are very diligent about recycling and garbage processes (which we love!), and don’t be fooled by the black cat. He is not starving, our hosts let us know his name is Flash and he likes to come and visit. Also, you may end up with some gecko friends, they love to hang out in the bathroom and outdoor shower. A note, if you’re uncomfortable driving winding roads at night, make sure you plan ahead. We felt very at ease, but our frequent trips in the evening left us seeing a lot of Hana Highway stragglers struggling to get off the highway at night. Remember to let locals pass! The hottub and back patio were a great way to wind down the night.

beautiful grounds

The grounds were really pretty, the cottage we stayed at was small and could use some basic updating. Everything seemed a little worn out or run down. The overall place is on a lot with 3 other cottages/houses. Felt mostly private. The pool was pretty cold to us, colder than the beaches we visited. Very secluded to anything you would want to see or do or eat. Minimum drive time to really anywhere is about 20 minutes. The showers are outside so we were happy we showered one day early before it rained all late afternoon and evening. I thought the bed was comfy, my partner did not. We did not feel the value was worth the money and would not stay here again. Overall I would give it 3.5 stars.

Maui WOWie!!

My partner and I recently stayed at Haleakalā Cottage for 3 very comfortable nights. We loved the seclusion of the property and the thoughtful touches, such as fresh eggs, bread, coffee, the list could go on. Easy parking space. Make sure you catch the sunrise on the cliff! You won’t be disappointed :)

Wonderful jungle location on road to Hana

Nice small bungalow with everything you need for your stay. Coffee, spices, bottle of wine and kits of little extras. Had a small barbecue, just need to bring your own briquettes. Property managers were super responsive and provided everything needed. Including chairs and boogie boards for the beach. Audio on the road to Hana. Works stay here again

Mahalo to the hosts! We had a great time at the Haleakala Cottage. House was decorated with fresh local fruit and flowers when we arrived. Hosts personally helped out with Wifi troubles within minutes of notification. Outdoor shower and hot tub were very relaxing! Location is a bit out of the way and off-road, so we recommend getting a Jeep if you're renting a car. 10/10 would stay again!

We loved staying here. The owners are so friendly and helpful. No issues with anything. The bed was comfy. The property is so cool with all the greenery and flowers. Very close to small grocery stores and restaurants.

40th wedding anniversary trip

We stayed at Haleakala Cottage on the second portion of our 10 day trip to Maui. We wanted to be close to road to Hana and it was that and more. Such a peaceful place with wonderful comfort touches, from the bed, extra pillows, towel warmer, private hot tub and garden, fresh flowers through cottage and treats waiting for us in refrigerator. The host was amazing with a special medical request I had and we loved the short walk to the coast to watch the sunrise. Highly recommend!

Magical stay under the stars

The Haleakala cottage was absolutely magical and everything we wanted for our romantic anniversary getaway. Off the beaten path and surrounded by lush foliage, this was just what we were looking for. The bed was comfortable, the outdoor shower enchanting and the hot tub was perfect for star gazing. Close to both Paia and Makawao the location was ideal for shopping and dining just a short drive away. We loved being away from the crowds and tourism. The cottage felt like our own private paradise. There is a short and beautiful cliff walk to an ocean view surrounded by cows and lush greenery. The hosts were very responsive and communicated well. We met the manager, Kai, and he was very kind and helpful. We only saw 3 other people on the property during our entire stay. Very private and secluded! The cottage was sparkling clean and well equipped. We will definitely be coming back to this enchanting slice of paradise.

Paradise for Two

My husband and I had a wonderful stay at the cottage. We were on our delayed honeymoon (2020 wedding). The stars were like nothing we had seen before and the tranquility was just what we were looking for! We know there were other guests, but we felt like we had the whole place to ourselves. Absolutely perfect retreat! Away from everything in this exquisitely landscaped property, like staying in a botanical garden. The hot tub surrounded by lush greenery! The walkways, viewpoint and coast access!! I never knew I needed an indoor/outdoor bathroom with garden, so open and lovely, hard to explain but oddly freeing! Arrived to a beautifully appointed cottage with fresh eggs from chickens on property, fruit and other great, local essentials, place settings arranged, flowers everywhere! Loved feeding the chickens and the stroll to the coast walk, such beauty and thorough care taken by owners and team. You can tell they truly care about this place and their guests. Best for those wanting quiet, remote retreat as it is tucked away on the Hana highway and therefore not the most convenient if beach or busy agenda planned (but not impossible as we went everywhere!). I felt very serene there, awed by the surrounding beauty. Looking forward to returning someday, mahalo!

Silence is golden!!!

Loved our very peaceful stay in the rain forest! The cottage is adorable with everything you may need to enjoy making meals and enjoying time on the property and the hot tub! We loved the outdoor shower…what’s freeing experience…my husband took lots of showers!! :) what a wonderful host and so helpful leaving lovely fruit and bread!! Thank you for a great stay and loved being so close to the Road to Hana…we beat all of the tourists on the drive!!

The cottage and private hot tub where absolutely amazing. Sharyn was a joy and very very gracious. We went to cottage for my 65th bday and our 31 yr. Anniversary. Sharyn made every effort to leave special gifts for our celebration. The grounds and access to all of maui was especially easy. Ty for such a beautiful time!!!

fabulous hidden and secluded property cliff side where a short walk takes you to view the ocean. Be prepared to drive 25 minutes from Pa’ia but if you want jungle sounds, swaying palms and complete privacy…this is your place.

Hidden paradise

This property was a literal slice of heaven. We spent a good chunk of our trip doing the Road to Hana, so this location was PERFECT! Imagine sleeping with doors and windows open - waking up to the ocean sounds, a few roosters crowing, and maybe a kitty wondering the lusciously tropical grounds with smells of blooming flowers. Perfection! Amenities were above and beyond. Hospitality was above and beyond. Experience was above and beyond. I’m so glad we stayed here instead of a hotel! Pros: away from tourist traps - felt like a local, outdoor shower set up (so cool!), thoughtful amenities of bread/eggs/fresh flowers, hot tub - especially at night under the stars with the waves crashing in the background Cons: bumpy road, distance from popular attractions (other than Road to Hana) Highly recommend this for ANYONE - couples, friends, families, single adventurers. Staying at this property literally *made* our trip to Maui memorable and full of wonderful memories!

Tropical Paradise

I cannot say enough great things about this property. Sharon and Jeff were amazing hosts. They provided some very nice gifts including some delicious fruit from the property. The house is on the road to Hana so it is very easy to explore that area of the island which is our favorite. When your return from your adventure you will be treated to an outdoor shower, hot tub and an amazing view of the stars on clear nights. We were there on nights with no moon which was ideal for star gazing. This property exceeded our expectations and I can't recommend it more highly!

What an amazing place!

We had the best time here! What a beautiful place and amazing property! The hosts were fantastic! Upon arrival we were gifted with lots of delicious goodies and we enjoyed them all. A Dream in the Jungle

I cannot say enough good things about our experience at this rental. The location feels very tucked away, but it's close to both Haiku town and Paia. It's also on the road to Hana, so some of the amazing things to explore are right around the corner. Close to the unit you can hike, get to Twin Falls, and see amazing views! We loved going to the lookout to see the ocean and the cliffs. The rental has everything you need and more. Sharyn is an incredible host. She provides some local treats and very special gifts that make you feel at home when you arrive. We love love loved the outdoor shower and hot tub, especially at night when you can see the stars. This was the kind of place you both want to come back to and want to recommend to all of your friends and family. 11/10!
