The space
Entering our home is like coming on a tropical vacation in the Summer. The house has all the amenities to create a feeling of luxury. Located in the beautiful Shore acres neighborhood, across the street is Palletta Mansion Lakefront park.
The home has been recently renovated. Upstairs we have 2 gorgeous bedrooms with queen size beds and luxurious private bathroom. The basement has another bedroom with a double bed and a den with a single bed. There is an extra living room down stairs. There is a Magnificent tropical back yard which is an oasis in the Summer to relax in. Out door stereo provide the spa sounds. There is a lush garden pond with waterfall, fish and water lilies. At the far end of the yard is a BBQ area also. The Zen garden is located at the west side of the house where you will find fresh tomatoes, peppers, herbs and grapes when they are in season. There is laundry facilities with the tenants in the basement . the Summer bikes to borrow and explore our exclusive neighborhood.

Other things to note is that its not a safe home for small children because of the pond and the back garden is not fenced off to the main street.
