The rooms were beautiful well set out nice and clean. The beds were very comfortable. The lounge and kitchen area were well set up and tidy. Very clean unit. Good size and bed is comfortable. One of the better accom I have stayed at within Hamilton. Only neg would be the area by the spa. A dirty ashtray and the spa itself was about 1/3 full and had a lot of dead bugs in it.
