Staff lovely, room clean however breakfast catastrophe and dining room not clean! Coffee disgusting .....kettles need descaled. Kids juice to drink 😑. Glad I didn't book dinner. Won't be back.

It was close to the beach

Terrible customer service, supposed to be all inclusive but they didn’t include alcohol, the soft drinks were flat. I got diarrhoea for the whole time in the hotel. Hotel food was terrible.

The most disgusting Hotel we have never been too

the most disgusting hotel we have never been too, the landline of the hotel doesn't work, we have requested a nice room for our honeymoon and we have been given a room with two single beds,Room has ants everywhere. Once we checked in the toilet stopped working, my wife had to speak to the receptionist to advise him about the issue , the receptionist did put the phone down as my wife was talking to him. staff is very rude , I don't recommend for anyone to eat at the hotel Restaurant , very dirty and basic , The hotel does state that WIFI throughout , however, when we arrived , it wasn't the case which is very misleading. it states that the hotel has 4**** , honestly I give it 1*

pay extra and go to another hotel

The hotel may be cheap but overall the condition of the hotel is poor and dirty, someone actually was spraying air freshner to get rid of the smell. Pigeons nesting on my balcony and pooing everywhere. Breakfast poor....animation a joke. Staff at breakfast never said hello or morning. The beach guy did absolutely nothing...The beds needed to be dumped as they were so bad....We left after a weeks stay of a 2 week holiday. I had a spa ....that was a joke! ? Didn't get my manicure and pedicure which I paid for as the spa closed....The hotel would not refund me as they said it was nothing to do with them!!

First I have to start with restaurant and food table clothes never been washed they just turn them from lunch to dinner to breakfast. Food really basic no taste to it plus big queues. Dishes really dirty. The only good thing is animation at night and day thanks to aladine,dany,and the rest 5*****

Avoid!

Have booked a room through Expedia for 2 adults and 2 (small) children and got a room with a double bed. Complained to staff and was told to be patient and "we may get you a room in a few days" as the hotel was ... full! The room was filthy, old furniture, smell of sewage just to name a few negative things. Complained to Expedia but Expedia staff not helpful.

4* location to get food poisoning

Me and my husband visited this hotel on an all inclusive stay. We were promised wifi and fridge in our room. On arrival we couldn't even connect to the wifi in reception and we had no fridge in our room for the first 3 days. The staff were pleasant and the waiters worked non -stop. However the food was A very poor standard… the all inclusive drinks were powdered water and not drinkable and we had to buy water. We complained about food and drinks which I believe was taken on board. However I have now returned to the UK with a very bad case of food poisoning. I deeply feel for the economy and I write this review with deep regret as they need all the business they can get. We had a beautiful view and perfect location Tunisia is a beautiful country. I'm sorry I couldn't write a more positive review.

My stay at Yasmine beach hotel

This is the worst hotel ever. Especially if you are an Arab or black then they will treat you so badly, with disgusting costumer service.I asked for the manager and he thinking he was going to help but he treated me even worse. It should not make a difference what your background is, if you have paid for a hotel you should be treated as a normal COSTUMER! the rooms are really dirty, the food is bad. And the costumer service is disgusting. Never again!

Location is pretty cool

The hotel deserves 2 stars one above the other below the clouds,they are jokes ,breakfast is poor watch out for bad milk ,room towels I think from oxfam,2 lifts but only one operative and the Internet only in receptions very slow.

Facility worn out

Staff did their best to accommodate but the facility is worn out and needs a lot of improvement such as towels, bath curtain and lamps most out and in bad shape. Food is good but repetitive. Too much noise at night due to activities with sound amplification.

Very old hotel

I still can't believe how this hotel got 4 stars ( I'm not sure if the star system is working in Tunisia ). The hotel is very old, carpet is very dirty, towels are filthy. the hotel crew were very helpful, but they can't do much. the hotel location is great right by the beach but the fact that the hotel is old make it hard to enjoy the stay.

I give this hotel 2 stars max

The hotel is in need of a renovation. Check in time was 2 hours late. Very poor quality of beverage if you are all inclusive. You have to pay for coffee and beers on the beach bar even if you are all inclusive. The worst snack bar ever!! Nice staff at the main restaurant Good animation team.

Nice view from the bedrooom

Our hotel was located on the 5th floor and we had an amazing view of the beach and the port. We went there as a couple, had a spacious bedroom with two balconies. The maids were very nice, reception staff was OK although not smiling much. We were not well advised about the activities that took place on the campus and therefore did not have the chance to go to the shows that were organized. Hotel food was OK, the waiters were very nice. Animation team had many activities for the children, so it is a place to go with your kids, that's for sure.
