Rustic cottages have offered budget, basic, family fun vacation rentals since the 1950's. If you are looking for an affordable place to stay for a family vacation with lots of activities to do there is no better choice than Hampton Beach.

Located on the Hampton River side of the beach where you can see the most amazing sunsets of your life. Hampton Beach offers one of America's best beaches, arcades, restaurants and bars, water sports rentals and fishing trips all within walking distance.

It takes less than 5 minutes to walk two blocks to the beach. There is parking space for two to three cars and additional parking is available on site for a fee.

These are quaint basic accommodations. They are furnished and offer kitchens equipped with cooking and eating gear. Cable hookup is provided with a TV (no HDMI). This is a self catering cottage where you must bring all your own bedding, pillows, towels, and toiletries.

Hampton Beach Summer Events: Nightly Concerts at the Sea Shell Stage from June to September 6th. Two shows starting at 7:00 p.m. and 8:30 p.m.

Weekly Fireworks Wednesday nights and holidays at 9:30 during the summer season.

Children's week a great time for Kids
Hampton Beach Children's Festival - offers a special week focused on kids. There is a great playground right on the beach that is a hit with kids and parents too! The week offers clowns, special concerts, face painting, crafts, contests and many other great times and memories for your family. This is one of our most popular weeks so be sure to book as soon as possible!!

Nearby golf: There are many neighboring golf courses including Breakfast Hill Golf Club, Sagamore-Hampton Golf Club and Pease Golf course a 27 hole public facility. There is also miniature golf on the beach and in Hampton town as well as a nearby driving range.
