On 4 acres of tropical gardens/farmland for you to enjoy during your stay. A very friendly 100 lb dog and 9lb cat. Both will approach you for affection.
When You Want To Explore Hana For More Than An Afternoon, Enjoy a 1 or 2 Night Stay And a Continental Style of Breakfast For 2.
We are licensed by the County of Maui as a B&B. We offer a Continental style of breakfast that conforms to content and style allowable by the County/what they say we can serve

The space
Has a Kitchenette with a toaster coffee maker and mini fridge. Queen size bed. This is a non-smoking/burning property, do not bring anything of this sort on to the property. Leave them in your car.
Guest access
Parking is in a specified area with a guest parking sign. Look immediately to your left as you enter the driveway.
During your stay
We try to greet guests when they arrive, but this is not always possible. Beyond that enjoy your stay. You can text, call or email, or even knock on our door. If we can help with questions please don't hesitate.
Other things to note
Please read the amenities carefully, if it is not on the list we do not offer it. Please be aware that we only allow up to 2 people in the Garden Room. So if there is a child with you they count as 1 of the people. There is a very comfortable queen bed in the room but no extra bedding or bed. Please only book if there are 2 people coming. All guests must register. This is required at check in, so make sure both names are on the reservation.
WiFi is free, we make no guarantees and offer no compensation, for devices that will not work on our system. We will do our best to help resolve issues you may have.
We live in a remote area of Maui, and occasionally we may lose utilities. Most are restored within a few hours. But sometimes longer. We offer no compensation for these short interruptions. Please bear this in mind when you are booking.

The Garden room was in a very peaceful setting. After a long n winding day, it was perfect to just relax. The continental breakfast that was given was a nice touch. Loved that coffee was provided n filters for the coffee maker.Frank and I very briefly said Hello when I came n Goodbye when I was leaving. I was left to enjoy my quiet time.

Quiet and peaceful location- just the sounds of birds for background. The host met us to show us around. Enjoyed some fruit from the garden for breakfast and as a snack. There is a small fridge in the room as well as small sink and dishes/coffee machine. The room is clean and the bed was comfortable. There is a full bathroom attached. The very friendly dog joined us for a walk around the gardens. It was a very relaxing stay.

We had an extraordinary experience at staying in our hosts’ 45 year old house surrounded by a small tropical garden and remnants of a 4-acre plantation. Chats with the hosts, calm nights without so mainland-common light pollution, friendly pets (a chubby cat and a big wise dog) - all that was unforgettable.

It was clean, but the coffee pot didn’t work and there was no cook top. We were hoping to have breakfast there and had purchased food to prepare, but were unable to. She had had painted t shirts and dish towels there to purchase, and those were very nice. We bought a few.

We loved our overnight stay at Frank's cozy, comfy and very quiet Garden Room. And the fresh fruit and bagels in the morning were unexpected but delicious! The grounds are beautiful and the cat and dog very friendly!

Very quiet and beautiful grounds to walk around in and admire. The bed was super comfy. There were bugs but it’s the tropics! I napped in the afternoon prior to a sunset hike. The fan kept me comfortable ie no AC. The continental breakfast was spot on. Just what I needed to make the drive back to Kapalua. I’ll be back.

It was a nice respite from the road to Hāna. We stayed at several places in Hawaii while we were there for 30 days. This is the only place that included breakfast - fresh fruit, croissants, and a drink; very much appreciated!

Good for a Night

A bit more quaint than expected. Not a bad thing but the room gets hot and there's no A/C. Need OSS super soft. Kitchenette consists of a sink, minifridge and a few dishes and mini coffee maker. No micro wave, that we saw. Cat and dog are cool. Fresh fruit was delicious and appreciated. The room is adjacent to the main entrance and not as private as expected. Easy coming and going. Never saw or heard from hosts... not a bad thing but felt weird just walking in with no introduction or contact before during or after out stay. But it was good for a night, especially after a long day of driving and exploring this beautiful place.

We won't be back!!

The property listing location was 3.5 miles inaccurate. Nothing is more frustrating when you're traveling after a long day on the road and you have to navigate around town and scramble to find the place that was listed in the wrong location. The owner said another guest had the same experience. Hopefully they fix it sometime real soon for the next guests. This place is WAY over priced. We won't be back!!!
