This home is also a short drive to other areas like Ke`e Beach, Princeville and Kilauea town.

Recently upgraded and beautifully furnished throughout, this spacious and private five-bedroom home features an open floor plan with a full kitchen, an island with counter-height seating, a dining area, a dedicated workspace, a large balcony with lounge furniture and incredible views, and a living room with a Smart TV.

Fully appointed kitchen with appliances including stove, oven, refrigerator, dishwasher, and microwave. Bedrooms are comfortably furnished with fresh, crisp linens, pillows, and bed coverings. The Primary bedroom features a private balcony. A second master bedroom is located on the first floor, offering direct access to the patio area.

*The two twin-sized beds can be converted to a king-sized bed upon request.

The private backyard offers stunning views of Mount Namolokama, a covered deck with lounge furniture, a BBQ grill, a gazebo equipped with dining furniture, on-site parking, complimentary high-speed WiFi, and keyless access.

- Only human waste and toilet paper may be flushed down the toilet. Feminine hygiene products, baby wipes, or other materials are prohibited and can cause major issues to our plumbing at the guest`s expense.
- Furniture, fixtures, and lighting may not be moved or rearranged.
- Please use electricity and water responsibly.
- Garage is not permitted for use during guest stays.
- Mailbox is not permitted for use during guest stays.
- Please do not set the thermostat under 68 degrees in order to prevent the unit from freezing.
- Trash Removal: Please be advised that upon checkout all trash should be removed from the property and the condition restored to that upon check-in. This includes removing all trash and waste products from the kitchen, bathroom, and any outdoor areas. Failure to remove such trash will result in a $50-100 charge.
