This beautiful and cozy apartment has 1 queen size bed and 1 twin size bed. It is located on Duong Thanh Street (French Quarter/Old Quarter). Just walking distance (10 minutes) to Hoan Kiem Lake, Ngoc Son Temple, The St Joseph's Cathedral, Water Puppet Theater, as well as many restaurants, bars, cafes and souvenir shops. When you walk out of the door you are in the heart of Hanoi life. The apartment has Wifi, cable TV, a modernly equipped kitchen, washing machine. Other nearby attractions include Ho Chi Minh Mausoleum, Ho Chi Minh Museum, One Pillar Pagoda, Temple of Literature. This apartment has everything you will need to make your stay in Hanoi a comfortable and enjoyable experience. More than just a place to stay, it will be your home in Hanoi. Price includes electricity, washing machine, cable TV, Wifi, Lavi water and weekly cleaning service.

* Located in Hanoi's Old Quarter, the apartment has so many choices of cafes, restaurants and shops within easy walking distance. However, it is set back off the street so provides a quiet retreat when you want to relax.

* The location is very strategic and convenient to tourist hotspots/ landmarks:
+ about 400m to St. Joseph's Cathedral

+ about 500m to Night Market of Old Quarter which is opened from 8pm to 12am of every weekend - Friday, Saturday, Sunday

+ about 1.3km to The Museum of Vietnamese History
+ about 1.3km to Temple of Literature (i.e. Van Mieu).

* Our Private Airport-Car Service: I also provide car service to pick up and drop off you at the airport with the cheap fare of VND400,000 flat; VND500,000 flat and VND800 flat for each trip/ route for 5 seats; 7 seats and 16 seats respectively, which is much cheaper than normal taxi. You only need to tell me in advance for booking the car service.
* Taxi: Taxi fare is VND12,500 per km and VND14,500 per km for 5 seats car and 7 seats car respectively. It takes about 32km from Noi Bai airport to my house. You can take Mai Linh Taxi, Noi Bai Taxi, ABC Taxi, Thanh Cong Taxi, CP Taxi at the airport (there is taxi advisor there).
* Public transit: you can take bus (fare of VND7,000 per each trip), normal taxi and modern taxi such as: Uber (IOS and Android app for hiring taxi service with cheaper price than the normal one) or hired local motorbike-driver (in Vietnam we call "xe m") to get around the city. Should you need any advice on public transit, please let me know.
* Scooter for rent: I also have a scooter (Vespa, Honda Lead) which is available for rent. The price (without fuel) is USD10 per day. There is a parking area with security in the building. The parking fee of my scooters are paid, so you needn't to pay it. However, you are requested to make a security deposit for hiring my scooter. The security deposit can be your passport, your international driving license or USD200. The security deposit will be returned to you when you return the scooter.
