部屋は広く快適ですが、事前案内が必要

・良かった点 2ベットルームとなっていたが、3ベッドルームで部屋それぞれにシャワー、トイレ、洗面台がついており、2人で使うには広く快適だった。あの広さで宿泊代は安いと思います。 ・改善希望点 ①チェックイン方法の細かい説明が欲しい チェックインカウンターに行ったところ、予約されていないと言われ、分譲マンション部門に日本人がいたので聞いてみると、分譲マンションを貸し出している部屋ということがわかり、ロビーで待っていると、キーを持った方が現れ、部屋に案内された。システムの説明が事前にあればよかったと思うし、説明がなかったのは不安になった。 ①カードキーを人数分用意いただきたい 部屋は暗証番号でドアを開けられれるが、エレベーターはカードキーがないと乗れないので、2人でカードキー1枚は不便。 ③何かあった時の連絡先が欲しい 部屋を借りての宿泊なので、ホテル受付に問い合わせても意味がなかったです。 ・次回泊まるか？ チェックインの方法、カードキー、問い合わせ先が改善されれば、宿泊したい。
