The space
If you are interested and the apartment is not available on the date you need to book; please message us for instruction to change to another apartment in the same building or in another area.
The building is located on Phan Ke Binh street - a busy street of Ba Dinh district. The building's location is extremely favorable - located on the main street, this is a combination area for the foreign community living and working and also tourists; opposite the car parking lot, extremely convenient for your access and movement.
Modern apartment with full amenities to meet all your living needs. Each apartment has its own kitchen and bathroom, with a very large and airy balcony view. We provide laundry and cleaning services upon request. Building security is absolutely guaranteed with a camera system, electronic access control locks, automatic fire alarm system and 24/7 support staff.
You can travel by any means of transport and park in front of the Building. You can park your car at the parking lot opposite, and motorbikes can be left for free in the building's basement. Around the building there are full amenities such as 24/7 supermarket, restaurants, fast food, cafes, bars...

Tämä huoneistohotelli sijaitsee vain lyhyen kävelymatkan päässä kohteesta Japanin suurlähetystö. Majoituspaikka tarjoaa asiakkaille esimerkiksi pyykinpesutilat. Huoneistossa tarjoaa asiakkaiden käyttöön esimerkiksi 2 kylpyhuonetta ja pyykinpesukoneen.
- Ilmastoitu huoneisto, jossa asiakkaille on tarjolla pyykinpesukone, 2 kylpyhuonetta ja silityslauta
- Majoituspaikka tarjoaa asiakkaille pyykinpesutilat
- Sijaitsee vain 2 minuutin ajomatkan päässä kohteesta West Lake ja muutaman minuutin ajomatkan päässä kohteesta Ho Tši Minhin mausoleumi
Huoneisto tarjoaa asiakkaiden käyttöön pyykinpesutilat. Vastaanotto on avoinna ympäri vuorokauden.
