Nice hotel with friendly and helpful staff.

Terrific service. Offers a fantastic breakfast-to-order. Staff helped give detailed instructions for a walking tour of Hanoi. Staff also helped change currencies and book our tour to Halong Bay (albeit we weren't impressed by the tour provider, Viola Cruise.) Location is situated in the old center of Hanoi, perfect if you're a tourist. Room was okay, not great, but very reasonable given the price point.

Perfect stay in the Old Quarter

This is the perfect accommodation in Hanoi's Old Quarter - from the moment our taxi pulled up to the front door we felt very welcomed by the helpful staff. They provided great information about where to go in our limited time and let us store our bags before our room was ready for check-in. The room itself was clean with modern facilities. Breakfast was included, with a great selection of both Vietnamese and Western options. Thanks for a wonderful stay and I look forward to coming back!

Friendly spot in Hanoi

We enjoyed our stay at this hotel - staff are very friendly and on hand for any help you require. The breakfast they serve is great - your choice of eggs cooked to order along with cereal, toast, fresh fruit and juices. The internet worked really well and our room was clean, comfortable and fitted with a safe and fridge. There is a tour desk in the hotel - we didn't use this but there were people available for any questions. They arranged an airport pick up and taxi for onward travel. Good location within the old quarter and a short walk to the lake - the mopeds on the road outside are crazy but it is Hanoi!

The service at this hotel is very charming the staff are very helpful and speak great English. It is a good hotel for the price but definitely get a room on the front of the building and as high up as possible as they are full of light.

Wonderful hotel in an excellent location.

A gracious, caring staff, great location, spacious, attractive rooms, and nice testaurant makes this an excellent choice for Hanoi's Old Quarter. 10 minute walk to the lake. This is my home away from home in Hanoi.

Good friendly base for exploring Hanoi

We like this hotel it's a warm friendly base for exploring Hanoi. The staff are exceptionally good and very cheerful and helpful. The rooms super clean and the neutral decor pleasant. The buffet breakfast was fine and the freshly cooked items were delicious. Ask for a room on a higher floor if possible.

Conveniently located in hanoi old quarters

Very knowledgeable staff for recommendations on attractions, restaurants, and tours. Able to hold luggage while you're away on an overnight trip. Great breakfast! Front desk can also help do currency exchange. Comfortable beds.

Excellent staff

Stayed one night prior to Halong cruises, which was arranged by the hotel staff. Very prompt responses from Kate and friendly staff. Was greeted by name and was able to wash up after cruise prior to flight out later that night. Would recommend to anyone.

Stayed for 2 nights. Really liked the hotel staff. Very attentive, caring and friendly. Room clean and very comfortable. We loved the Vietnamese breakfast selection, delicious !! Perfect for people who do not want to stay in a big international hotel chain as this hotel is cosy and felt like staying in relative's home.
