Nice hotel with the usual friendly staff. The only reason I didn’t rate it 5 stars was the extremely slippery bathroom floor. The floor in the shower area was very dangerous… lawsuit waiting to happen

I booked family room which hotel provided on 4th floor and it doesn’t have lift. With kids this is not at all convenient. The room bathroom was not up to mark, lock broken, hot water will start after 5-10mins of continuous flow of water, flush not working properly. Worst experience ever and the property not maintained.

The location is perfect for exploring the heart of Hanoi, and a special shout-out to David and Kang, who made sure we were always well looked after with their warm and helpful service. The hotel was very clean, and our room was comfortable, providing a great place to relax after a day out. The breakfast offered a good variety, with both local Vietnamese dishes and Western options to choose from. Overall, we had a great experience and would recommend Hanoi La Palm Premier Hotel for anyone visiting Hanoi.”
