Hospitality from staff was superb! Cindy greeted us on arrival and was also very kind to us as we departed. Ann at reception went out of her way to arrange an excursion to Cat Ba Island/Lan Ha Bay. Ala Carte breakfast menu included oatmeal, which I appreciated. Location is close to anything you could want.

The staff were the highlight, very attentive, friendly and knowledgeable. Breakfast was nice and rooms were clean and comfortable beds. Maybe the only reason to lose a star is our room didn't have a window, soi would recommend requesting a room that has one. But all and all was a really lovely stay.

The staff here was absolutely amazing. Front desk helped us get in early and assisted us with finding vegan options for my mom. At breakfast they were very helpful in getting any vegan/vegetarian options. Any thing we needed, the staff was incredibly helpful and I felt like a vip. Would stay again next time we’re in Hanoi.

Gave a three. We stayed here for two nights then left for a cruise returning three days later for a further three nights. The first stay room was amazing. Newly decorated, large bed and fruit in the room. The second stay (allegedly an upgrade) had a smaller bed, smaller room, needed updating and no fruit. If we had a similar room to the first stay it would have been 5 stars all round

Our door bell kept randomly going off in the night waking us up. Breakfast was not great but I think that can be preference. Service was great the staff are lovely and was even given a parting gift
