Great Location

Basic room.We had the top floor which had a view if the lake. Lot's of stairs but we didn't mind. Giid vslue for a low budget traveller. Guy on the desk not overly friendly.

NO FREE AIRPORT TRANSFER

this wasn't the cheapest hotel offered when I booked but I saw that it had free airport transfer so I booked it solely for that reason. when I got to the hotel I was told that they were overbooked and so they escorted me to a hotel a couple streets down. the new hotel was pretty nice and the hotel staff was friendly about the situation so I wasn't at all upset about that. When I asked the first hotel staff if I could still get the free airport transfer they looked at me like they had no idea what I was talking about so I pulled up the expedia page and showed them how in the hotel description and the amenities sections it specifically talks about free airport transfer and I explained to them that was why I had booked the hotel. They simply just said it was a mistake and wouldn't offer it to me.

Good location

Nice little hotel close to Hoàn Kiếm Lake, walkable distance to many attractions. Front desk staff are very friendly and helpful. Breakfast was complementary, and included both Western and Vietnamese food options. Nothing fancy, but we would stay there again if we are ever back in Hanoi.

Nice cozy room and great location

it was a great pick to stay here. right in the center of the city and great view of the lake. what a treat. They assisted with getting Ha Long bay tickets and accommodations. thank you again.

예약에 추가 옵션은 아무 상관도 없었습니다. -.-;;

알고 가기는 했지만, 계단을 뱅글뱅글 돌아서 올라가는 숙소는 오르고 내리기 힘들었습니다. 함께 간 일행 예약 확인이 안되어서 한참 고생을 했는데, 막상 숙소도 추가요금을 지불하고 좋은 곳으로 예약한 것과 상관없이 임의로 배정이 되었습니다. -.-;; 호텔스닷컴에서 예약이 확실하게 정리되지 않는 느낌이 들어서, 이번 예약은 매우 실망스러웠습니다. -.-;

결제도 끝난 예약을 확인이 안된다며 빈방도 없는 일이...

예약을 해놓고 갔는데 예약 확인이 안된다고 해서, 늦은 시간에 한참을 얘기하다가, 숙소도 빈방이 없다고 해서 결국 다른 곳으로 숙소를 옮겨줬습니다. -.-;; 나름 레이크사이드뷰로 추가 비용을 내고 예약을 했던건데 아무 의미도 없었고, 임시로 옮겨준 방은 화장실과 욕실이 좁고 지저분해서 매우 불쾌했습니다. 호텔스닷컴에서 예약한 것이 확인이 안된다고 하면 호텔스닷컴도 믿을 수가 없으니 자세한 내용 확인 조치 바랍니다. -.-;;

저렴한 가격, 편리한 위치

저렴한 가격으로 묵을 수 있었어요. 레이크뷰로 가격을 더 주고 예약했는데 패밀리룸은 레이크뷰가 없대요. 레이크뷰는 높은 층에 있다고 배려하듯 3층으로 배정해줬습니다. 그 부분 제외하고는 괜찮아요. 호수랑 정말 가깝고 움직이기 편했어요. 마담문호텔 바로 옆에 있는 골목 안에 게스트하우스 있으니 찾아가실 분은 잘 찾으시길 바랍니다.

Très bon rapport lieu/prix

Hotel très bien placé, dans le centre effervescent de Hanoï. Les chambres des 5ème et 6eme étages ont vue sur le lac. Attention, il n’y a pas d’ascenseur. Les chambres font moins des 25m2 annoncés. La salle de bain est propre et la douche est séparée des toilettes ce qui n’est pas toujours le cas dans les hôtels de ce budget.

夜のチェクインは勧めません

飛行機が2時間遅れて、23時過ぎにチェックインでカウンター行きましたが、部屋が一杯なのか、予約ノートにも反映されてなく、5分ほど歩いた別のところに移動。 ちなみにそこは部屋も大きく、綺麗で良かったが、たらい回しで30分はロスしたので夜の20時前後で空港着の方には勧めません。 一緒のタイミングで、ブッキングドットコムできた西洋人も、予約反映されてなく、同じホテルに回されました。 おそらくここはホテルに問題あるのだと思います。

Give me back my money

Before I book a hotel, I called in advance and asked them can we check in early because I arrive early from sapa. They answered ok. surelu I told them my arrival time and so on. so i booked a hotel and visit this hotel. When i arrived this hotel, staff said there's no room. if you wanna check in, visit 11am. I couldn't any choice, and i couldn't cancel this hotel. So i requested to cancel my booking. They said I will let you know later. But they didn't call me. It's cheating. Bad experience in ha noi!!!!

Near Hoan Kiem Lake, Good Location Hotel

<FOR ENGLISH> The location of this guest house is so nice.(Near the Hoan Kiem Lake!) Toliet of this guset house was so clean and modern! I liked this part best! But... I reserved Superior Room, Lake View. But my room wasn't. The staff said because I just stay one day in here, so he can't give me lake view room that i reserved. It was my disapoint point of this guest house. However I think Most of this guest house was pretty nice include location. <한국인 분들께> 호안끼엠 호수 주변에 위치하여 시내로의 이동이 상당히 편하고 괜찮았습니다. 시설도 깨끗하고 만족스러웠구요. 특히 제가 숙소의 화장실에 되게 민감한데 상당히 현대적이고 깨끗하여 만족하였습니다. 한가지 실망스러운 점은 호수가 보이는 전망으로 예약하였는데 스태프가 1박이라는 이유로 무시하고 다른방을 주었습니다. 하지만 위치와 시설을 포함하여 상당히 만족스러웠습니다. 게스트하우스 위치가 골목으로 들어가야 입구가 나오기 때문에 처음에 찾는데 약간 고생했습니다!

호안키엠호수에서 가까워요

호안키엠에서 가깝고 웬만한 곳은 10분거리..공항에서 버스 타고 내려도 가깝고..문묘 호치민 묘 걸어서 슬슬 다니기에 좋아요.

ショッピングエリアから近く設備も新しめ。

空港トランジットのためでしたが街中で一泊しました。 ショッピングエリアから近いため一日弱の滞在でも様々なレストランや市場へ行くことが出来て嬉しかったです。 本家のmadam moon guest houseに比べるとグレードダウン感は否めませんがW-Fiやホットシャワーが快適に使え、部屋の清掃状態も良好でした。

店主开的是连锁店，预定的不一定是安排住宿的地方 店都在还剑湖附近，但是是比较平民区的一边 房间比较小
