We are two couples stayed for 2 nights before leaving for halong bay and back at same hotel for one night. Staff were great, rooms were big and clean even for those inward window rooms. Breakfast and roof top bar were fabulous. On second stay, we were upgraded. When we requested for a rubber mat to be placed in the bathtub, they even went to their sister hotel to get one for us. On the day of departure, they went an extra mile to get a cable tie for us as we forgot our padlocks for our luggage. Overall, a very very pleasant stay.

We had a great stay. We booked 1 rooms and were given an upgrade of the rooms. As one of the rooms had a bathtub, the staff went to great length to get us a rubber mat from their sister hotel to be placed in the tub. On the day of departure,we rquested for cable ties to secure our overnight bags and the staff again didnt fisappoint and able to provide us. Really appreciate their efforts in making our stay comfortable.

Everyone is so friendly and hospitable. Upon arrival, the front desk brought tea and snacks, allowed us for early check in. She also gave us a brochure explaining the places to visit, nearby bank/pharmacy and restaurant to go. They start their day early so it can be quite noisy especially when we stay right below the restaurant. Location is just beside train street and peaceful :) 5/5 would visit again!

Great service and staff !!

We stayed at this hotel as a last minute booking after our previous reservation fell through- the best thing about this hotel is the staff and service!! We had a small issue with our room and they dealt with it immediately with no quibble moved us and could not have been more helpful on all fronts. Very friendly place to stay would recommend!
