Disliked: Cleanliness, room comfort

Think you’ve booked? Check again.

Booked and paid for a 3 kind bed room for my family and I when staying in Hanoi. On arrival in the backstreet, we were informed that they were fully booked and we hadn’t paid (I have a receipt that says otherwise). Left with tired kids and no accomodation on a stinking hot day. Would not recommend.
