Kortrijk is 15 minutes by car; Ghent, Bruges, and Lille are all within 30 minutes - meaning you are never far from a cathedral, a canal, or a world-class plate of frites.



Living space

The interior is set up for a full household rather than a cramped holiday let. A dedicated workspace means remote workers can settle in properly, while the TV and room-darkening shades make long evenings comfortable. Noise decibel monitors are in place on the property. The single-level layout means no stairs anywhere in the home - a genuine convenience for guests of all ages and mobility levels.



Sleeping arrangements

The main house holds two bedrooms, and the B&B wing adds three further bedrooms, each with its own ensuite bathroom. Together the property sleeps up to 10 guests across 6 beds. Extra pillows, blankets, and full bed linens are provided, along with hangers and clothing storage throughout.
