There is also a bedroom on the main floor, featuring a queen size bed, with ocean views. A full bathroom on this level adds convenience, making it ideal for guests or easy day-to-day living. Whether you're enjoying a quiet morning coffee or sharing dinner as the sun sets, the ever-changing seascape is always in view.

Upstairs, you’ll find two comfortable bedrooms—one with a queen bed and one with two twin beds—making the layout ideal for families or groups of friends. The bedroom with the queen size bed, opens onto a private upper deck, a perfect spot to enjoy your morning coffee, watch lobster boats drift by, or stargaze in the evening. A full bathroom on this floor adds convenience for guests. A small desk area and a quiet reading nook offer peaceful spaces to work, relax, or simply unwind!
