The hotel did not match the “exceptional “ reviews. On site restaurant closed for renovations although no notice on website. Would never have stayed here had we know. Linens quite average. Scratchy. Accessible room (which we didn’t request) had a metal bed frame larger than mattress so we repeatedly banged into it. Front desk folks very nice. Large indoor pool. Nice lobby

Room was nice and clean. My wife and daughter liked the beds. There’s a small gym, a games room and a nice indoor heated pool. The food at the hotel restaurant was a disappointment as it had been cooked hours before and was obviously reheated. We found other places to go to for our meals. The hotel looks better in the photos than in real life. The staff are friendly and helpful.

Greeted on arrival, allowed to check in early, asked my room preferences; very friendly, efficient and professional. Room is spacious, clean and comfortable. Being from California, used to having full size shampoo, conditioner and shower gel dispensers in the shower so the tiny plastic bottles was not quite enough but we were graciously given more on request. Phone queries were answered promptly and airport shuttle service was excellent. On site restaurant for breakfast and dinner were great.
