The room was comfortable, but no smart TV. When I got there the room temperature was 76 degrees. They sent the maintenance immediately to fix the problem. We had dinner at the restaurant and it was a nice surprise, excellent food! Breakfast was a hit as well. The staff was great!

Unfortunately we were not thrilled with our stay. The staff was very nice, the facility is just rundown. Our room had no hvac, and when we called we were told maintenance would come. Maintenance never arrived. During our event the next day, the temperature in the event area was very hot to where we were all sweating. There were issues with the pipes causing a water leak through the ceiling. Again, to no fault of the staff. They handled it well. I would just recommend upgrading the property.

Staff was very friendly and accommodating. Room was nice, clean, and service was excellent when I needed some assistance with the heater, and the coffee maker. The heater / ice unit, climate control for the room was loud, bring ear plugs to help reduce the disturbance.

The only isssue was a particular smell coming off the elevator and in the hallway. Everything else was great and we would stay there again. The smell was only in the hallway and not in our room. So it could’ve been from a guest
