We stay at this hotel every Thanksgiving because it's close to our family. The past two times the king size bed was so hard it caused health issues. This year we opted for a smaller bed, in hopes it would be a little better, but it was only slightly softer.
Other than the bed, cleanliness is most important. Over all it was clean, but there was a clump of hair in the bed sheets, and there were also some pubic hairs in the towels. Just not the usual Hampton cleanliness.
We were in the room at the very end of a hallway and a group of teens (who were there for a hockey game) were running through the hall, and up and down the stairway across from our door after 11pm and letting the fire door slam constantly. I realize that's not the hotels fault. We should have complained.
The alarm on the clock didn't work.
Last but not the least...the AC/Heating needs checked out in that room. We don't like to be hot, so we set it at 67*-68*, but it kept trying to turn on, but couldn't seem to, during the night. The next night we just heated the room up to 70*, then turned it off for the night.
