We ended up leaving. the room my daughter was in was terrible . Floors had not been vacuumed, stains all over the floor . Hoping to get a refund, expedia attempted several times to reach out and they dont answer.

Do yourself a favor and don’t stay here. The two at the front desk that run it are extremely rude and not easy to work with at all. Luckily I booked it through hotels who took care of me cause the hotel did not. I would have been so screwed if I booked with them directly.

I wanted a refund because I did not stay there and they wouldn't give me one. There was homeless people hanging out in the lobby and it felt incredibly unsafe. I had to spend another 150 going somewhere else. I'm never using expedia ever again.

Hallways hadn’t be vacuumed in weeks, waited 1.5 days for towels, beds had cig burn holes, bathroom faucet lose, linens looked like someone slept in them, people renting rooms to homeless, all hallway light fixtures filled with dead bugs, some hallway light out, stairwell & hallway walls need cleaning and paint! Totally disgusting place!

This hotel is being used to house homeless short and long term. Hallways stink like urine. The complementary breakfast is depleted by 8:30 with people walking in off the street taking whatever they can get. All is left is waffles and fruit Loops cereal. Reserved a king room and got two double beds. Also charged me $10 a day for parking. This hotel is disgusting and should be noted on all reviews.

Positive - the women at the front desk was very welcoming and helpful, but this is where the good ends. This hotel was a complete dive, from outside to in. The room smelled of smoke (although smoking is not allowed), the wall had strange stains, the bathroom door had a patched hole, there was rust on the bathroom fixtures and a brown water stain in the tub. The comforter had wholes in it and the sheets had a yellowing tint. At night there was constant banging on the entrance door from God knows who and there was considerable yelling throughout the night. Avoid this hotel!

Where to even start, booked a single king got a twin queen, told too bad. Hotel stunk, breakfast was waffles and stale cereal, entire hotel was dirty, sheets had bleached blood stains, chair appeared to have sexual residual on it, shower had mold, tv stand was rotted and leaving causing drawers to open themselves on stop, there was feces just outside the entry way, hopefully not human. Was not the cheapest hotel in Harrisburg, but I can assure it is, by far, the worst. Nobody in their right mind should ever even consider this as an option.

It was not good. Walls need painted. Garbage overflowing in hallways. Front desk staff was were busy in back office , but would eventually would come out of office to anwer questions. Homeless people were at continental breakfast. Continental was waffles or cereal. Only beverage was coffee.
