the rooms were absolutely disgusting, stains on sheets and walls, broken chairs, broken sink. we also felt very unsafe and had the man in the room next to use make leud comments and actions towards us. staff was made aware and walked us to the room which was great but still just not a good experience at all

0/5 – Absolutely Disgusting and Unacceptable This was hands down one of the worst hotel stays I’ve ever experienced. The moment I walked into the room, I was hit with an overwhelming stench of marijuana and cigarette smoke that clearly hadn’t been cleaned or even aired out. It was nauseating. If you’re even remotely sensitive to smells, do not stay here. The room itself was filthy. Every piece of furniture was visibly stained, worn down, and clearly neglected for years. It felt unsanitary and uncomfortable to even sit down. To make matters worse, the toilet was completely broken and wouldn’t flush at all—something that should be non-negotiable at any hotel, regardless of price. What really takes this place to another level of absurdity is their policy hypocrisy. They charge for parking and place a $100 smoking hold fee, yet the hallways reeked of marijuana constantly. People were openly rolling blunts in common areas, and staff seemed either unaware or completely indifferent. The smell was everywhere, not just the room. The overall atmosphere was chaotic, loud, and sketchy. It didn’t feel like a hotel at all—it felt unsafe, poorly managed, and severely run down. There was zero sense of cleanliness, order, or professionalism. Save your money, your health, and your peace of mind. There are plenty of places to stay—this should not be one of them. I would never return and strongly advise others to stay far away.
