The staff were very friendly, and enjoyable to be around. The staff who cared for the breakfast, did a fantastic job! The room was not very clean. There was hair on the floor in the bathroom, the chair and end table were gross. They were sticky and the amount of food and garbage in the seat cushion was disgusting. When i pointed it out to the front desk, they said that in the morning they'd replace it. When we checked out two days later, they still hadn't changed it. There were no towels in the pool area, although the hot tub was amazing.

There was Fighting in the hallway right next to our room. We had to leave at midnight because we couldn’t sleep because of all the noise.

The room was spacious and clean. There was a lot of caulking throughout the room, bath tub and around the walls of the jacuzzi. There was also white spray paint in the bath tub and jacuzzi. Front desk staff were nice, breakfast could have been a little better. Parking lot was a mess with snow and ice. My husband fell getting of his truck.

I was charged $15 a day for pet fees each day for January 26-29 and forJan 29-30th. The morning 30th I went to front desk to book again and she told me rate and $15 for pet fee again. I asked why do I have to keep paying a pet fee, you know she is my service dog right? They knew I am a veteran and she is my service dog. She said, show me her documentation, I said I don’t have it on me because I am in a homeless situation and have been for a couple months living in my truck sometimes and all my stuff is in storage. I said I have my VA identification card on me proving I am a Veteran and in fact I am 100% Service Connected and I have about 16 disabilities documented in my VA Files from combat service in Afghanistan. I pulled out my VA card and she looked at it and said with an attitude every body says there dogs are service dogs and they rip us off, they are lieing to us and they are not service dogs,they are emotional support dogs so we charge the fee to everyone to stop them from ripping us off. I said “You do know it’s illegal to ask me that and I showed my VA card. There is a law for that. She said it’s emotional support dog and we can charge for that, I said no she is my service dog. She said well we have NO ROOM FOR YOU after we had been discussing paying for my same room I was already in. I said your gonna deny me renting a room, your gonna deny a 100% Service Connected Vet which is also illegal and I have been here for 5 days now. We can’t have people staying long

Staff was very courteous! Shower could have been cleaned a little more and the pressure from the shower was terrible when it was turned to hot. Out put was very little. Also could upgrade on the soap and shampoo selection. Just my opinion.

The bathroom smelled very strongly like sealant , the breakfast was barely stocked and honestly not warm or good and the second you walked into the area where the pool was the smell of chlorine was so strong it took your breath away.

The room was great. Plenty of room for all 5 of us. Unfortunately we did have a couple incidents that should be addressed. For a reservation of 5 people, we had 2 towels in the room. Upon asking the guy at the desk, he replied there were no more available. We were in the pool area and someone came in with fresh towels. We proceeded to the desk and a different guy was behind the counter. He in turn gave us a stack of towels for the room and for the pool. Another incident was in the pool area. There were a couple of boys(ages approx 10-14) playing roughly, dunking each other under. I had to get my young grandson out of the pool after one of them collided with him. Their guardian sat on the lounge chair not reprimanding them at all. Other than those incidents the stay was nice. Conveniently located and would definitely would stay there again. Thanks for taking the time to read my review.
