Cleaners doesn’t come often to change the towels or clean your room . I have requested cleaning service two times every day . But got ignored . Before I left the hotel I asked why the cleaning service did not come, and they told me that they will come out on Friday . But the room is perfect to stay. Would stay again. Check in was a breeze. Friendly customer service. Room was warm when we came in, but quickly lowered in temp once air was turned on. New seemingly hotel or rehab. Nicely spaced room. Nice bathroom. Nice kitchenette area that we didn’t use. Good black out blind. Quick elevator. No TP was in the room, but front desk quickly came up with a roll. Be careful stepping over shower threshold. Ouch! Stubbed toe. Great place for the price and would definitely stay again. Only suggestion: they need to be clear that they offer little snackies and NOT breakfast. Or there needs to be a distinction between American breakfast and continental breakfast (and I wouldn’t even call it continental breakfast.). There was no hot food and I couldn’t find water. Only wrapped muffins and like wrapped nature valley bars. Baby tangerines. Hot chocolate and tea packets. Maybe coffee? Nothing else I remember except vending machines. They do have a coin laundry.

Needed a last-minute stay in Harrisonburg, Va., and was very happy we found extended stay premier suites at such an affordable price. The hotel is so clean, smells good, and the rooms and bathrooms were immaculate and well-maintained. The bed is comfortable, and there's a small kitchen and large fridge in our room, and the AC worked perfectly. It's literally one of the best and cheapest stays I've ever had. And I've been to so many hotels, Airbnbs, and inns. Nothing can beat this place when it comes to pricing, comfort, and location.
