never had towels when we went to our room, everything was kinda dirty. the “free breakfast” was barely breakfast. prolly won’t stay there again

Stayed 3 nights visiting our dtr at JMU. Upon arrival to our room the bedside chair had human hair all over it, I contacted front desk and they had someone come promptly to vacuum it. Room basic and simple overall. Beds semi comfortable, pillows not so much. People on floor above us very loud and noisy late at night and early in morning, asked to have room moved they were unable to accommodate us due to being a full capacity. This was very frustrating. I think because hotel is an extended stay they may keep the short term people on bottom floor possibly? Also people across the hall full on cooking with their door open making it kind of stinky. If your looking for somewhere quiet and not apartment like then I would recommended somewhere different. Good for one night only i'd say. Staff friendly overall even though they could not accommodate moving us.
