Definitely one the worst check in experiences I ever been through…I never had a hotel charge me before i arrived to the facility, everything was a mess. I called to have my payment method updated, the hotel told me to contact Expedia. Once I did that Expedia said everything was fine I was all good to go. I’m traveling all the way from Florida to Virginia for Thanksgiving so I didn’t want any problems when I got to the hotel. Once I arrived to the hotel the young lady says I have two rooms under my name and one under my mother’s. I only booked one room and my mom never even booked a room from the beginning even Expedia confirmed. I checked my bank account and they charged my card three times with only a reversal of one payment back.
The assistant manager Thomas who charged my card the first time wasn’t around at the hotel to explain what happened the young lady at the counter claimed that he was new, but that’s no excuse. She even stated that they were too busy to come handle the situation at the hotel, which I don’t appreciate so I will never stay at this hotel again and I don’t recommend.
