Easy access to Leeds, South and North A1M, Quiet location on Southside of Harrogate, near to Hornbeam Park Station, Yorkshire Showground. and Pavilions. 20 minutes walk to HCC taking you through the Stray and past restaurants and shops or 5-10 minutes by 36 bus (frequent buses every 10 minutes) to the HCC. A very short 3 minutes walk from Hornbeam Park Train Station (local line between York and Leeds) and Hornbeam Park Estate, a large Marks and Spencer Foodhall , Local Co-Op, Sainsburys and local shops and Bus stop for 36 bus - much loved by guests. The property combines antiques with modern convenience and comfort. The soft pastel shades contrast with the bright soft furnishings and carefully selected pictures by local artists which adorn the walls. There is a fully equipped kitchen, with dishwasher, microwave, ceramic hob and fan oven, Delonghi small appliances, Krups Nespresso coffee machine with milk frother ( takes Nespresso Capsules) dining table and chairs for 2. Everything you need to cook and present delicious meals. The sitting area features a Laura Ashley Sofa, log burning inglenook fire - wonderful for those cooler evenings. We leave logs, kindling and lighters to get you started - you can request extra (for these there is a charge) There is a range of Folio edition books and games for guests to enjoy during their stay. Guests love our beds which we commission and remark on the intimacy, comfort and location. Sorry no pets! Unsuited to small children or those with mobility issues - steep stairs -stair gates cannot be attached.
Guests can request high chair and travel cot at no cost - you will however, require your own bedding.
