Had to request another room. The HVAC system had an enormous vibration. Tried calling front desk with no answer. Had to once again stand in line and wait again for clerk. The woman that I got seemed a bit disturbed that I was there. A total inconvenience for her. I decided to stay at the Sheraton for the restaurant at airport. Web site stated restaurant construction was completed two weeks before my arrival. Cramped little room with few tables. Waiting 30 minutes for a table food was cold. Dinning room was a 5 minute walk from kitchen. Uber Eats in room would have been better and faster. What a rip off

The best thing about this hotel is it's location, love being able to roll into a comfy room after arriving at 11:30 pm or the 5 minute walk to check in for your flight in the morning. They are remodeling the restaurant so breakfast wasn't great but dinner was surprisingly good. Do book early as I waited too long for one of my stays and paid an outrageous amount, more than double for the stay I booked earlier, for the exact same room. Ask for a room away from the elevators though.
