The property is in the process of a remodel, I was in RM 334 when I found the TV was not working. I was moved to 335 which appeared to be fine until I turned on the coffee maker which over heated and would have burnt up if I had taken the shower as intended. It melted instead of burned up. Frank from facilities replaced the unit (2) times along with the multi plug unit that was hot! I stayed there for 2 nights and never had maid service. Suggestion: Hire a quality control specialist to inspection the remodel, I found leaking sink fittings and poor shower caulking. "Lastly" what the hell am I being charged an extra $40 for, you should be refunding my monies "in full"! Note: Hire a "Quality control specialist 'quickly". PS I am a licensed fire sprinkler and fire alarm inspecting company owner!

The only reason I put 4 for property conditions is only because they were going through renovations. But overall for what I was there for (for work), it was great for the short stay. It was very clean, the staff was super friendly, they had a shuttle service to the airport and was exactly what I needed for my trip.

There was an issue with the shower the mixer seem to be not working properly The property was undergoing renovation so there was noise and dust and equipment all over the place apart from that everything was okay

Best place in the area

This place and their staff saved the night after running away feom our original reservetion at another undesirable venue. Very accommodating and great customer service. Even when the place is under renovation, still a wonderful site.

We arrived after midnight and left by check-out time that morning, so this may not be a good indicator of how the place is. They were undergoing some upgrades. However, it was a quiet night and the breakfast was satisfactory. Room was clean and bed slept great!

Absolutely the best stay ever. Room was set up clean and convenient. Bed most comfortable. I left too early in the morning at 5:30am so I could not sample the Breakfast, but the coffee was brewed fresh. Shuttle to airport was flawless and I was able to schedule a pickup when I checked in.

Near the airport. Room was clean and the housekeepers were very friendly. The breakfast wasn’t so great and the front desk help could have been friendlier but over all can’t complain for the location being near the airport.
