Step inside and be welcomed by an open-concept main floor where the kitchen flows seamlessly into the bright living room. Cook a favorite meal in the fully stocked kitchen while chatting with loved ones, or unwind in the living room with its sofa bed, comfy seating, and smart TV—perfect for family movie nights or a cozy evening for two.

On the main floor, you’ll also find a spa-inspired full bathroom with a rainfall shower, adding a touch of luxury to your stay.

Plus, plenty of trails surround the property, perfect for hiking or leisurely strolls.

Guests have full access to the entire cottage and the yard, deck, and fire pit. The property is private, with no shared spaces. Free parking is available on-site. not included is access to one locked cabinet in the kitchen, locked cabinet in the main washroom (has house supplies) , locked hot water tank room (for guest safety)

The loft bedroom is accessed via fixed ladder and may not be suitable for very young children or guests with mobility limitations.

We`re thrilled for you to enjoy our hot tub. To ensure a safe and relaxing experience for everyone, please follow these basic guidelines:

Before You Enter

Shower First: Please take a quick shower before entering the hot tub. This helps keep the water clean and sanitized for all guests.

Check the Temperature: The recommended maximum temperature for safe soaking is 104 ∘ F (40 ∘ C). Never soak in water that feels uncomfortably hot.

Using the Hot Tub

Jet Controls: The jets are controlled by the `Massage` button on the left-hand panel.

Press once for low speed. Press twice for high speed.

Press a third time to turn the jets OFF.

Water Temperature: You can slightly raise the water temperature using the controls on the right-hand panel. Do not exceed 104 ∘ F.

Hydration: Please stay hydrated! Consider bringing a bottle of water, but never bring glass containers near the tub.

Time Limit: Limit your soak time, especially at higher temperatures, to about 15-20 minutes to prevent overheating.

When You Are Finished

Turn Everything Off: Crucially, make sure the jets are completely stopped (by pressing the `Massage` button until the jets are off).

Lower the Temperature: After your use, please set the water temperature back down to 85 ∘
F (29 ∘ C) on the control panel. This saves energy and keeps the tub ready for your next soak.

Cover the Tub: Gently place the cover back onto the hot tub and secure any latches or clips. This is important for safety and heat retention.

Shower Again: Take a quick shower after exiting the tub to wash away any residual chemicals.

Never use the hot tub alone.

Children must always be supervised by an adult.

Avoid consuming alcohol or heavy meals before or during use.

If you feel light-headed, nauseous, or uncomfortable, please exit the tub immediately.
Due to our location in a high-density forest zone, smoking of any kind is prohibited anywhere on the premises, including the decks, porch, driveway and firepit area.

Health and Safety: Individuals with high blood pressure, heart conditions, skin sensitivities, or who are pregnant, should consult a doctor before use.

Intoxication: The hot tub must never be used while under the influence of alcohol, narcotics, or any medications that may cause drowsiness.

Child Supervision: Children under the age of 14 are not permitted to use the hot tub without direct and continuous adult supervision.

Proper Use: Guests agree to follow all posted rules and instructions. The host assumes no liability for accidents, injuries, or property damage sustained while using the hot tub.
